The ladies were always punctual and cared for mum as they would probably care for their own family.
The staff are always cheerful and chatty and my husband enjoys their company. They are ready to go the extra mile.
My mother receives a most professional level of service from a small, friendly and dedicated team. The client/Russell Green relationship is flexible and delivered with an understanding of need. Excellent marking is a deserved assessment of this team.
My father has received very good care from the Russell Green Home Care team for several years. He appreciates the continuity of care from a small group of dedicated staff who understand his needs. The service is good and timely.
I have been having daycare at Russell Green home care for over 4 1/2 years as and when required, plus home visits evening after daycare when my wife is away overnight. The system has evolved over the years in consultation between myself, my wife and the home management team and is constantly being reviewed to ensure it is current to any changes to health or family commitments which over time vary. The atmosphere at the home is happy and friendly and any special requirements are noted and acted on quickly. I enjoy my days at Russell Green although there is no regular pattern, especially around bank holiday when breaks of up to 14 days do occur.
Reliable and professional service. Staff very friendly.
