I have used this service for many years, first for my late husband and five years ago to this date (10/5/21) I was taken into Russell Green and onwards to hospital fighting for my life after a major bleed caused a major stroke and since my discharge, looked after me with day care and respite systems. I also use them for cleaning duties.

I engaged Russell Green when my dad needed home care, and after he died a few years ago I retained their services for my mum. All the carers have been lovely. They've got to know my mum really well and encourage her to be independent, have a laugh with her and generally improve her wellbeing.

As I have said to them directly, I feel like I've struck gold, especially as I live some hours away and can only be with mum a few days a week.

My darling husband was prone to falls and consequently he was very nervous - especially having a shower, it was a nightmare. The staff at Russell Green regained his confidence with their patience, love and kindness, I just cannot praise them enough. He is now in long-term care, alas he has different carers now, but he still misses his carers and wants them back. Russell Green carers are the kindest and loving either Bernie or I have ever known.

The carers are extremely friendly, well trained , caring and always keep in touch with me. My Father is very lucky he tells me to be looked after so well and to remain in his own home. Without the carers my Father would lose his independence which he values so much. The carers have been there when we needed them most. I would thoroughly recommend them, I was ill recently and they were amazing.

The carers were always bright, cheerful and very understanding in looking after the client. He had to be hoisted when we moved him. We always seemed to have a smile. Their care of me was wonderful. I do miss their visits. The office was also good at changing times if we had appointments. Having only 6 staff made it even better as we got to know them very well. I would say first-class care.

All carers are very efficient, friendly and cheerful, giving good service.

Her duties include assistance support with my bath and assistance with drying/dressing. Making my bed, offering to make me a coffee and taking my rubbish out to the communal waste bin. Finally, she completes a report of that home visit for record purposes.

I have been very happy with the service from carers coming in twice a day. The carers have been very good in dealing with my needs and make me feel very comfortable, also my son who lives a long way away is happy with the help I get.

All the carers have been kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble they treat me with dignity and respect. Eight carers seem well trained and experienced.

The helpers are very personally helpful by giving me information about news in the village. They do all the cleaning that I need doing.

The ladies that visit Dad are always cheerful and helpful. They are very happy to help him with care and respect.

My brother has had Bhandal Home Care for over one year now and has been having care for about six years and Bhandal has been the best company we have had. There have been a lot of very nice carers along the way, but Bhandal has been the best company. The carers are good and friendly and do their very best to accommodate and all through the pandemic, have been here to do my brother's care. They do the job well, as my brother is on the autistic scale, they understand he likes things done in a certain way. They leave my house as they find it, which I like and are mostly very cheerful. I would highly recommend Bhandal Homecare to anyone who wants homecare. They have been invaluable to us, giving all his medication and meals on time. Thank you all for what you do and have done. It was my daughter who found the carers online. We are so grateful, nothing is too much trouble, my husband's face says it all when the girls come through the door.

Very happy with the service that the staff and management provide for me from Russell Green Home Care.

All of the ladies who came to assist my mum when she used the home care service were excellent. Mum was always treated with dignity, and support was adjusted appropriately as and when Mum's needs changed. It was a great comfort for the family to know that Mum was being well cared for in her own home. We felt very lucky that this care was available in our village.

They have helped me by fulfilling tasks I've requested. I have benefitted from their care.

Home cleaning very good.

The home care team visited my mother at lunch and tea time and served her good meals. They were always prompt, friendly and caring. However, when my mother was ill one of the carers was fantastic and helped my mother in a way I never could. I am extremely grateful to her and cannot thank her enough. A great team and a very caring organisation.

The staff are all very helpful and will always assist when required. Service with a smile.
