My brother has had Bhandal Home Care for over one year now and has been having care for about six years and Bhandal has been the best company we have had. There have been a lot of very nice carers along the way, but Bhandal has been the best company. The carers are good and friendly and do their very
best to accommodate and all through the pandemic, have been here to do my brother's care. They do the job well, as my brother is on the autistic scale, they understand he likes things done in a certain way. They leave my house as they find it, which I like and are mostly very cheerful. I would highly recommend Bhandal Homecare to anyone who wants homecare. They have been invaluable to us, giving all his medication and meals on time. Thank you all for what you do and have done. Keep on caring for my brother, please.

My Dad has had carers and cleaning support from Bhandal Homecare from 2017 to April 2019 until he sadly became ill and went into a care home. The support he got was brilliant everyone was friendly and he looked forward to the visits every day. In particular, he liked the lady who cleaned for him every
week. Also, the office staff were very supportive to the family, they helped with various things such as mediation. On the day Dad was taken ill it was they who called the Doctor and got him admitted to hospital, the family did not live near him they were our extra eyes and ears! The only improvement I would note is we weren't advised as clients about live notes until early in 2019 these would have been invaluable had we got them sooner, so all clients need advising from the start! If you are looking for care support for your relative then we would highly recommend them.
