Good call from carer for my relative, the carer has helped with the care of my dad so much, I am feeling a lot more confident with the way they do the job, they are looking after him everyday and helping.

Shores have provided care for my father-in-law for many years until his death in January. Throughout this time, they provided excellent care and went above and beyond on many occasions. The staff became his second family and gave us complete peace of mind knowing that all his needs were being taken care of. They were quick to flag any problems and suggest sensible solutions, calm in emergency situations, for example, when he had falls etc, and very efficient in dealing with his increased needs as he got older. The staff always turned up with big smiles and treated him with kindness and respect; they also gave support to the wider family when we were worried about the future or needed reassurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Shores Home Care has been supplying home care for my dad since October 2021. The previous care provider pulled out of the area giving us very little time to find a new provider. Shores Home Care bent over backwards to ensure they could meet my dad's care needs at very short notice. The care he has received has been fantastic. Every carer who has worked with him has been caring, safe, friendly and very professional, and dad always looked forward to and enjoyed his morning chat with his carer. The management team are also superb and responds to calls very quickly if they are not in the office. Unfortunately, my dad had a fall and has been hospitalised for a while, and now has to move into a care home. Throughout this time, Shores have been very supportive, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
