Mum is bed-bound and has osteoporosis.
The carers are so professional and friendly, they only have a small of carers so you get to know all well for a more personal touch and we now know all by name when they arrive.
The admin of the company is superb, we have been dealing with one particular lady.
If
the carers are late for reasons beyond their control she will contact us to let us know. In general, the timekeeping has been fantastic.
I even have had calls from her to say Dad seems like is really struggling so we can go and check up with him as he is Mum's full-time carer.
We feel very lucky to have this team of amazing and caring people helping with Mum's care.
