The Sussex Grange team of home carers has been Angels in disguise for our family. At a time when our father was in urgent need of support, the team were there within 10 minutes to carry out an assessment and started supporting our father immediately. The carers are extremely professional and treat our father with compassion and dignity. Communication is excellent, with any concerns being flagged to us immediately. The team go above and beyond to ensure that our father is looked after and cared for and importantly he looks forward to their visits and trusts them. We feel truly lucky to have found them.
Thank you for such lovely feedback, it was such a pleasure caring for your dad. He showed all the staff his expertise in his engineering skills and the traction engine that he had built from scratch. Your dad was such an interesting man and the staff had many conversations with him about his working life at the airport where he worked for 38 years.
I am incredibly grateful to everyone from the care team and management looking after my mother. They have been exceptional in attending to her daily needs ensuring her comfort. The caregivers are always punctual, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism. They show genuine compassion and empathy, making my mother feel valued and cared for. Their communication is excellent, keeping me well-informed about her condition and any changes in her care plan. They go above and beyond by engaging her in activities she enjoys and ensuring she feels at home. Thanks to an amazing team of people.
Thank you for such a lovely review. The carers built up a lovely rapport with your mother, she trusted them and even used to blow them kisses goodnight. It was an absolute pleasure caring for your mother, at times she kept the carers on their toes, which brought a smile to their faces.
We are all as a family really happy with the level and quality of care offered by the Sussex Grange Home Care team to Dad over the last 2 years, it has given us great peace of mind and has enabled Dad to continue living independently at home. Thanks to everyone on the team for all you have done and continue to do for us.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure caring for your dad, he often speaks about his interests when he used to go sailing, and how he was a big part of the local Lifeboat volunteer team. I know that the carers are very fond of your dad, they all have lovely conversations with him, which brings smiles to their faces.
The manager and deputy came out to see Mum before the care started to understand her requirements. The staff were very friendly and made sure Mum received the care and support she needed in her own home, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this service.
Thank you for such a lovely review. It is so nice that we were able to support your mum in her own home, where she was comfortable. Thank you for commenting that you would recommend our service. Your kind words will be shared with all of the staff. Thank you.
Sussex Grange carers and managers all provided excellent care for my late mum. They were professional at all times and always displayed respect, empathy and were very sensitive to the way they provided care. Carers were always reliable and didn't rush their visits. Carers became not only Mum's friends but also our friends as they kept us informed with any concerns regarding Mum's health or mobility needs. Carers always showed respect and remained professional, even when Mum could be cantankerous at times. They respected Mum and her home and always demonstrated professionalism for themselves and Sussex Grange as a company. Carers went the extra mile and always put Mum at the centre of her care. They were always patient and tried to encourage and enable Mum to do things for herself that she was able to do in a safe way. They kept Mum as independent as possible for as long as possible to enable her to remain living alone in her own home as per her wishes.
Thank you for your lovely words about our amazing care team. I know that your mum has a special place in the care staff's hearts, they were all very fond of her. She always made them smile with some of the comments she used to say to them, always with that slight grin on her face. Such a...
It is lovely that such a good relationship has been built up. This means that we want you to continue a weekly visit for assistance with a bath and we know that should we require more help in the future it will not be something we or Mum need to be worried about.
Thank you for your lovely review. It has been such a pleasure assisting your mum to regain her independence after her fall. We have watched her confidence grow since she has returned home. I know that the staff are all very fond of your mum and enjoy their visits with her.
A huge thank you to the whole team from us all.
Looking forward to booking again in the summer!
Thank you for such a lovely review. I am so pleased that you all as a family enjoyed your holiday. It was such a pleasure being able to provide your dad with the care that he required. The staff spoke very fondly of you all. We are very much looking forward to seeing you all again in the summer.
The Grange is always available to answer our queries and ready to find solutions. This makes everything easier so thank you to everyone involved in her care. It is clear that communication works well in this service.
Thank you for such a lovely review. Communication is so important within our service, I am so pleased to hear that we help to make everything easier for you. It is such a pleasure looking after your friend and her dog. The carers always go over and above for them both and enjoy doing so.
As she became less mobile and her health issues increased, Sussex Grange were able to accommodate extra home visits and services. They are friendly, reliable and consistent. The whole team treated her with dignity and respect, often going out of their way and above and beyond to check on her and make sure she was ok. Mum feels like she has made some lovely friendships over the years. With their care and support my mum managed to remain in her own home for as long as possible. Now the time has come to move into 24-hour care near us, but I know she would recommend Sussex Grange to anyone that needs extra support or care in their home, as would I.
Thank you for such a lovely review. It was such a pleasure providing support and care to your mum. Seeing all the new ornaments of ducks around her home, always made us smile. Your mum always ensured that the staff had their cup of coffee in the morning, we all enjoyed our laughs and chats with...
The Sussex Grange Home Care Team have been outstanding in their dealings with us and the twice-daily care they have supported Mum with. In particular they have gone above and beyond with supporting Mum when she has been unwell. Mum really appreciates their friendly faces each day and my sister and I feel confident Mum is well cared for and safe. Thank you Sussex Grange!
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are pleased that your mum's health is now improving. It is always a pleasure visiting her, she always has lots of things to talk about, whether it is about her past or her present day events. I will always remember the window story, with a big smile on my face. I know that all the care team enjoy their visits to your mum.
Excellent attitude and care from all staff. I am very impressed by the high standards of care. Having experience of training care workers myself I am most impressed. Staff, without exception, are sensible and attentive/previously I refused visits but now I welcome and look forward to visits and I think make a positive contribution to my progress.
Thank you for such a lovely review. It is such a compliment to read your comments about the care staff. I know that they all enjoy visiting you and taking freckles out for a little walk.
They are always on time or let me know if any unforeseen circumstances may make them late together with issuing updated information each week on who is going to attend each day.
Thank you so much for such an amazing review. I would like to thank you for the lovely artwork picture you did for the staff, it definitely brought a smile to all of our faces. I know that the staff all look forward to visiting you and ensuring that all your needs are met.
They will always flag any issues that may arise and will always make time to talk about any concerns I may have. Thank you once again to you all.
Thank you for your lovely feedback and review. It is a pleasure supporting your uncle with his needs. It is so good to work in partnership with family members and resolve issues quickly by being responsive and ensuring the safety of your uncle. We will continue to work together to ensure that your uncle receives the care and support that he requires.
We were recommended to Sussex Grange Home Care by a friend and were so grateful for their help on a short-term basis. My husband had a bad fall and needed some personal care on his return from hospital. Nothing was too much trouble when I initially made contact and although we only needed help for a short while, the professionalism of the managers and carers was exceptional. I was kept informed at all times as to who would be visiting and the wonderful carers always arrived on time and were happy to help with anything that needed doing. There were occasions when we had to change the day for visits as we still had hospital appointments to keep and this was always accommodated in a polite and efficient manner. Thank you all at Sussex Grange for coming to our aid when we needed it most. We have no hesitation in recommending their services and will reach for the phone should we ever need help again.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It was such a pleasure to help your husband, his wicked sense of humour always made the carers smile and kept them on their toes. We are always here for you both, if ever you need us in the future.
I cannot say enough about the home care Mum has received from Sussex Grange. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they are caring, kind and make Mum feel that she is important. They will take time to understand her needs and are very patient.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is such a pleasure to care for your mum. The carers always leave with a smile on their faces, after having a giggle and a chat with her.
Communication is excellent and the manager and the team go out of their way to accommodate the changing needs of living with Alzheimer’s, they’ve arranged an extra visit when required, changed a visit time to fit with daycare, all the things that make a huge difference not only to mum’s life but to mine as well.
Thank you for such an amazing review. It is such a pleasure to visit your mum, she always has a smile on her face. We all love looking through her family calendar and hearing her talk about her great-grandsons. Such a happy lady.
I want to congratulate the home care team at Sussex Grange for responding quickly, competently and caringly for both my parents when they needed care. Indeed if it had not been for the home care team advising me of the support that should be in place post-hospital discharge, my father may well have declined severely in health. Their care shone through, and the knowledge the team shared with me to make sure that everything necessary for my father was in place to ensure his well-being was gratefully received and acted upon. Thank you.
Thank you for writing such a lovely review. It has been a pleasure to be able to care for your mother and father. I am glad that you found the information that was shared with you useful and that it has promoted your father's recovery and well-being, since returning home from the hospital. I know that the care team are very fond of them both.
I can't believe that all your staff are so kind and considerate to her and have developed such a good relationship with her in such a short time. Getting her trust under her circumstances was never going to be easy, but your carers managed it, and I believe this has been a significant factor in her progress to date.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It has been such a pleasure to look after your wife and see how well she is improving day by day. Such a lovely determined lady. I know that the the girls are very fond of her.
Always brilliant. Sussex Grange has been looking after our mother for five years, and we couldn’t survive without them. They provide two care visits a day to give medication and companionship, which has been a lifesaver. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review; the carers love to have a chat with your mum and ask how he is. She has a lot of very interesting stories that she tells us about her past and growing up. It is such a pleasure seeing them both on a daily basis; the carers are very fond of her and always check that she is doing ok, even when they are not visiting her.
All the carers are so friendly, helpful and very lovable towards their clients. My dad looks forward to them coming every day; they also do anything you would ask of them. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do. Thank you.
Thank you for such a lovely review. I know that all the carers have a soft spot for your dad. His cheeky and very lovable, and the carers always come out with a smile on their faces. It is such a pleasure to care for your dad.
