I couldn’t recommend this care company enough. We recently had Sussex Grange to cover care for our family holiday and was overjoyed with the care my dad received. The management team were so helpful and organised and the carers couldn’t have been lovelier. Every morning we were greeted with bright bubbly
smiles and enthusiasm. My dad felt so at ease with the whole team and it was lovely to hear the laughter and positivity whilst care was being provided. They also gave great recommendations for things to do on our trip.
A huge thank you to the whole team from us all.
Looking forward to booking again in the summer!

I am a joint Power of Attorney for a service user and we are very grateful for the thoughtful and particular care that is given to our friend.
The Grange is always available to answer our queries and ready to find solutions. This makes everything easier so thank you to everyone involved in her care.
It is clear that communication works well in this service.

My mum started using Sussex Grange care services around 7 years ago.
As she became less mobile and her health issues increased, Sussex Grange were able to accommodate extra home visits and services. They are friendly, reliable and consistent. The whole team treated her with dignity and respect, often
going out of their way and above and beyond to check on her and make sure she was ok. Mum feels like she has made some lovely friendships over the years. With their care and support my mum managed to remain in her own home for as long as possible. Now the time has come to move into 24-hour care near us, but I know she would recommend Sussex Grange to anyone that needs extra support or care in their home, as would I.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you for such a lovely review. It was such a pleasure providing support and care to your mum. Seeing all the new ornaments of ducks around her home, always made us smile. Your mum always ensured that the staff had their cup of coffee in the morning, we all enjoyed our laughs and chats with her, also saying good morning to Presley. We all hope that she settles in her new home and is very happy there. We will all miss her very much.

The Sussex Grange Home Care Team have been outstanding in their dealings with us and the twice-daily care they have supported Mum with. In particular they have gone above and beyond with supporting Mum when she has been unwell. Mum really appreciates their friendly faces each day and my sister and I
feel confident Mum is well cared for and safe. Thank you Sussex Grange!

Excellent attitude and care from all staff. I am very impressed by the high standards of care. Having experience of training care workers myself I am most impressed. Staff, without exception, are sensible and attentive/previously I refused visits but now I welcome and look forward to visits and I think
make a positive contribution to my progress.

I have chosen palliative care for Colon Cancer and left the hospital in September 2023 requiring daily care and Sussex Grange Home Care were suggested and arranged following my discharge. They contacted my wife and made immediate cover available quickly and easily. To date, they have supplied excellent
friendly and professional care on a daily basis and all of my carers have made me comfortable and able to make the best out of each day.
They are always on time or let me know if any unforeseen circumstances may make them late together with issuing updated information each week on who is going to attend each day.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you so much for such an amazing review. I would like to thank you for the lovely artwork picture you did for the staff, it definitely brought a smile to all of our faces. I know that the staff all look forward to visiting you and ensuring that all your needs are met.

We were recommended to Sussex Grange Home Care by a friend and were so grateful for their help on a short-term basis. My husband had a bad fall and needed some personal care on his return from hospital. Nothing was too much trouble when I initially made contact and although we only needed help for a
short while, the professionalism of the managers and carers was exceptional. I was kept informed at all times as to who would be visiting and the wonderful carers always arrived on time and were happy to help with anything that needed doing. There were occasions when we had to change the day for visits as we still had hospital appointments to keep and this was always accommodated in a polite and efficient manner. Thank you all at Sussex Grange for coming to our aid when we needed it most. We have no hesitation in recommending their services and will reach for the phone should we ever need help again.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It was such a pleasure to help your husband, his wicked sense of humour always made the carers smile and kept them on their toes. We are always here for you both, if ever you need us in the future.

I can’t recommend Sussex Grange enough, all the girls are pleasant, caring and approachable. I had reservations about having carers but it’s the best thing, we could have done, Mum looks forward to the visits every day.
Communication is excellent and the manager and the team go out of their way to
accommodate the changing needs of living with Alzheimer’s, they’ve arranged an extra visit when required, changed a visit time to fit with daycare, all the things that make a huge difference not only to mum’s life but to mine as well.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you for such an amazing review. I want to congratulate the home care team at Sussex Grange for responding quickly, competently and caringly for both my parents when they needed care. Indeed if it had not been for the home care team advising me of the support that should be in place post-hospital discharge, my father may well have
declined severely in health. Their care shone through, and the knowledge the team shared with me to make sure that everything necessary for my father was in place to ensure his well-being was gratefully received and acted upon. Thank you.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you for writing such a lovely review. It has been a pleasure to be able to care for your mother and father. I am glad that you found the information that was shared with you useful and that it has promoted your father's recovery and well-being, since returning home from the hospital. I know that the care team are very fond of them both.

My wife has benefited from the care and attention to detail shown by all carers who have been attending to her needs during the month of April and early May. Due to their kindness and professionalism, her physical condition has improved significantly. She is now able to walk a considerable number of
steps (30 - 40) with some support. I would always provide support when standing from a sitting position and during walking, but for someone who couldn't walk at all on leaving Hospital, this change has occurred over the last two weeks!
I can't believe that all your staff are so kind and considerate to her and have developed such a good relationship with her in such a short time. Getting her trust under her circumstances was never going to be easy, but your carers managed it, and I believe this has been a significant factor in her progress to date.
Reply from Corinna Forsdike, Registered Manager at Sussex Grange Home Care (Chichester, Selsey, Hambrook)Thank you so much for such a lovely review. My dad suffers from dementia and is 89 years old. His biggest wish in life was to live independently in the home that he loves, and this has been made possible only by the love and care he receives from the team at Sussex Grange. The carers at Sussex Grange are amazing. As a full-time, single working
Mum, life is very busy, but I can relax in the knowledge that my dad is getting everything he needs. The care team at Sussex Grange have helped in so many ways, from cooking to cleaning. They have given my dad a level of independence that has allowed him to continue to live as he wishes, supporting him physically and mentally. Between us, we work as a team. There is good communication to ensure that everything possible is being done for my dad, which is so important. I really can't thank Sussex Grange enough. They are the best!

I have nothing but positive feedback for the amazing home care team at Sussex Grange. They are providing care in the home for my mother-in-law, who has had a recent diagnosis of Alzheimer's and is less able to do everything herself. She has gone from an adamant "I don't want strangers in my home" to
"when are the lovely ladies coming? I love it when they visit!" And that speaks volumes. They were super helpful with ideas on helping my mother-in-law take her memory medication at the start of this journey, and she really does enjoy sitting and having a chat and cuppa with them on the days that they come. Sussex Grange Home Care are very trustworthy and extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, ladies, for transitioning my mother-in-law into accepting help at home.
