We have found the care provided by Sussex Grange at my father's home to be second to none. The carers have always responded promptly and kindly to all of our requests and can't do enough to make Dad's life at home comfortable and safe. We are so glad we chose them.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. It is such a pleasure looking after your dad, such a lovely gentleman. We are all very fond of him. He always makes us smile when he has that cheeky grin and asks for a drink of his favourite tipple.
My dad suffers from dementia and is 89 years old. His biggest wish in life was to live independently in the home that he loves, and this has been made possible only by the love and care he receives from the team at Sussex Grange. The carers at Sussex Grange are amazing. As a full-time, single working Mum, life is very busy, but I can relax in the knowledge that my dad is getting everything he needs. The care team at Sussex Grange have helped in so many ways, from cooking to cleaning. They have given my dad a level of independence that has allowed him to continue to live as he wishes, supporting him physically and mentally. Between us, we work as a team. There is good communication to ensure that everything possible is being done for my dad, which is so important. I really can't thank Sussex Grange enough. They are the best!
Thank you for your amazing review. I know that we all are very fond of your dad, he always has that cheeky smile on his face when we visit him. He is such a gentleman and such a pleasure to look after.
Reliable, efficient and caring.
Would certainly recommend and use it again.
Made life so much easier for the client and gave the family some respite from worrying.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It was so rewarding seeing your father get back on his feet and become the independent gentleman that he was before he went into the hospital.
Wonderful team of carers and office staff, always considerate, supportive and patient at all times. Very friendly and always lovely to chat with. Can't fault in any way. We are so grateful to have found Sussex Grange and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, everybody, for everything!
Thank you for your lovely review. It is always such a pleasure visiting such a lovely interesting man. Your daily notes always put a smile on our faces.
I have nothing but positive feedback for the amazing home care team at Sussex Grange. They are providing care in the home for my mother-in-law, who has had a recent diagnosis of Alzheimer's and is less able to do everything herself. She has gone from an adamant "I don't want strangers in my home" to "when are the lovely ladies coming? I love it when they visit!" And that speaks volumes. They were super helpful with ideas on helping my mother-in-law take her memory medication at the start of this journey, and she really does enjoy sitting and having a chat and cuppa with them on the days that they come. Sussex Grange Home Care are very trustworthy and extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, ladies, for transitioning my mother-in-law into accepting help at home.
Thank you for such lovely feedback. It is always such a pleasure visiting your mother-in-law. The chats that we have with her are amazing, and drinking tea and eating her favourite ginger nuts is always an added bonus.
Our mum was in need of more care at home after returning home from the hospital and respite care. The carers went into Mum's home three times a day, every day and gave her the best care. Thank you to all the team.
It was always a pleasure visiting your mum. I hope that she is settled and keeping well.
The Sussex Grange Home Care team look after my mum beautifully. They are kind, caring and respectful at all times. They are always willing to help, and nothing is too much trouble. They not only care for my mum but have always supported me in my caring role too, which has been very much appreciated. The whole team clearly work well together and are very dedicated to their clients. Thank you for everything you do, Sussex Grange!
Thank you for such a lovely review. Your mum always greets us with a lovely smile, such a lovely lady and a pleasure to care for.
Sussex Grange carers are, in my opinion, the best carers I have ever had. They care for my husband so well. I would say I could not manage without them; they go to any lengths to help us as a family. Every one of the carers helps with his needs. I have so much appreciation for them and would recommend them to anyone.
It is an absolute pleasure looking after your husband; he is a real character and makes us smile every day. It's so lovely seeing you when we come to visit. Thank you for such a wonderful review.
I speak for my mother when I say Sussex Grange are a highly professional team. They are kind, respectful, and nothing is too much trouble. Timekeeping is very good, and if you phone the office, there is always someone at the end of the phone (not an answering machine), and emails are always answered promptly. An excellent care provider that I would highly recommend to anyone.
It is such a pleasure to care for your lovely mum, the carers are very fond of her. It is always a pleasure to have a nice chat with you. Thank you for your kind words.
My husband has been with Sussex Grange now for about five months. He is very pleased with them, they are very caring, never late, and he enjoys their company.
It is always lovely seeing your husband's smiley face, and singing along to the Rat Pack with him. Such a wonderful gentleman.
I found the carers kind, courteous, understanding and helpful.
It is always a pleasure visiting such an interesting man, and seeing how much your health has improved since our visits began.
The management team continually communicated with me, sending us a weekly timetable of Mum's visits. When there was a change in manager, there was a smooth transition, and we were informed by letter with the new manager's profile.
The carers have become like friends to Mum but have always remained professional. They have alerted me to any concerns and have managed Mum's changing care needs in a sensitive and professional manner. Thank you for all that they have done to enable my mum to remain in her own home.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was such a pleasure looking after your mum; I know that the care staff had a very special bond with her, such a remarkable lady. She made the staff smile with all her stories from her teaching years and her quilt making skills.
This company are truly exceptional, our family have seen first hand how the team providing home care three times a day, seven days a week for our mother have performed brilliantly. Demonstrating the highest professional standards and also going the extra mile.
On behalf of myself and the team, we would like to thank you for taking the time to review our service; we are always delighted to receive positive feedback. It was a pleasure supporting your mother.
Sussex Grange's domiciliary care is second to none. They looked after my mother in her own home for more than ten years, and nothing was too much trouble for the carers. They became friends, not just people coming in to do a job, sharing photos and news of their families and even bringing in their pets to see her. Without this high standard of care, Mum would not have been able to stay in her own home - something she was very determined to do.
Thank you, Mark, for taking the time to complete a review. It really was an honour and a privilege to be able to support your mum - she was clearly a very special lady who touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.
My mother is now in fulltime care, we managed to keep Mum independent at home for a year longer than we thought, and this would not have been possible without the support from Sussex Grange Home Care, which I would highly recommend.
This is so lovely to hear; thank you so much for taking the time to write a review; I will share this with the team right now! We are pleased to know Mum is settled, and thank you for the update. We very much enjoyed caring for Mum and the dog! The team will miss the chats with mum and helping her to do her puzzles.
The quality of care, guidance and support for my parents has been of high quality and extremely valuable to us for over a year now.
I live a long distance away from my parents and very much appreciate the personal touch as well as the feedback on how my parents are doing.
They are also able to offer advice and liaise with other local agencies on request.
This doesn't just apply to the management; the carers who visit have been of a very high standard, in providing care, responding to requests and in providing information.
Hello David, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. The manager and the team will be delighted! It is our pleasure to care for your parents, and together, working with you, we all make a great team in doing so!
We have been using Sussex Grange Home Care for our mother, who has Alzheimer’s, for the past eleven months. They are kind, helpful, professional and reliable - always there to help out and give advice. I can’t rate them highly enough!
Kind regards
Tom
The Sussex Grange team provide a first class service and have been consistently helpful over the 7 months of support my mother has received.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for our team - I know how much they enjoy supporting your mum and it will mean a great deal to them to see your comments.
I cannot recommend the care team of Sussex Grange more highly. The endless patience each carer has shown with my mother’s increasing frailty over the last few months has been phenomenal. These staff are more than carers they go the further mile both with time and love extended to the entire family. We have been so fortunate to be able to keep mum in her own home , this was her dearest wish. I cannot speak more highly of the care team and the administration team who sought to cater for changing demands in a highly professional manner.
Thank you for this lovely feedback - it was an honour and a pleasure to support mum over the last 8 years.
The warmth and support we received has transformed such a sad and difficult time into one held in an environment of love and care.
I was able to stay with my mother to support her after my father passed.
There are no words to fully express our family's gratitude to the management and staff team and Sussex Grange.
