I cannot praise Sweetree Care highly enough. All of their staff were delightful, caring and attentive to my mother in law. The contact with the office was excellent. They assessed my mother in law whilst in respite care and at her home. They were extremely helpful when she had to return to hospital by helping us out with care at the hospital when she could not be left alone.

We know that they are carefully supervised which is also very reassuring. Our daughter feels very secure with them and values and appreciates their care and friendship. I can highly recommend Sweet Tree Care Services. The management is excellent - thorough, professional, competent, responsive and always willing to assist. The carers they have provided for my parents have been kind and sensitive and always reliable. They turn up when they say they will and communicate well with my parents and have a careful balance of friendly but respectful. As a family, we feel very relieved to have Sweet Tree both as carers now but also in the future when my parents will need even more care.

My surgeon suggested that I have someone with me when I left the hospital following surgery and I was given the number of Sweet Tree Home Care Services whom I contacted. I found their manner on the telephone very professional and helpful and over the period I saw 4 of the carers. All of them showed care and compassion for me and helped me through a difficult time. I am very happy to recommend the agency to anyone needing assistance for themselves or a loved one.

For the first time, I was able to enjoy a much-needed extended break from my partner, who suffers from Huntington's Disease. It is difficult managing someone with a degenerative mental as well as physical condition, so the person coming to stay had to be the right fit for it to work. I had several meetings and a home visit from SweetTree Home Care Services in the lead-up, and they put forward a suitable person who my partner accepted. I was able to go away for three weeks without worrying and come back to a tidy home and happy partner.

We have been using SweetTree's services for around two years, and I have been very happy with the service and care they provide for my brother, who has also highlighted how happy he is with his support workers and especially SweetTree farm, which he visits once a week and has given him a much-needed purpose and something to look forward to.

Our son has had care for a few years now and looks forward to his time with his carer. It gives him the opportunity to do things he wants to do independently without us worrying. His carer is caring and supportive of him, allowing him to achieve his own personal goals.

Have always found SweetTree very conscientious and very transparent of what they do/provide. They provide very valuable input about their activities when attending to a client. They raise concerns as and when required regarding actions and care going forward.

I also want to say that when we experienced a crisis as a family, the agency worked very hard to find us the extra support we needed and helped us both feel less alone through that experience.

I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2018, which changed my life in more ways than I can begin to explain. Due to my injuries, I was unable to live independently and required the full-time care of my mother. I’ve now started the transition back to living independently with the help and support of SweetTree. Especially my support worker, who has helped me get through the toughest of times. She has always helped motivate me to try my best and never give up hope. Also, other members of staff have been great at supporting me. I really appreciate everything - thank you.
