I have no hesitation in recommending SweetTree carers to people looking for support at home.

My experience has always been very positive, we all want the best for our loved ones and I feel Sweet-Tree listens to our requirements and as much as possible meets our needs. Communication is always very good and I feel very well supported. The support workers have been carefully considered and matched with my son which has been important. My son is also consulted and his views and opinions valued.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for home care.

I was referred to Sweetree through Social Services to provide support to increase socialisation and provide local trips to shops, coffee shops, open spaces etc. for a care home resident. These aspects of care are very limited where she is resident.

There has been time given and care taken to find someone compatible with the user and an agreed change of support being negotiated when the first allocation was not as good a fit as was hoped. It is heartening that the user is seen as an individual rather than lumped together as an older person with some dementia and her needs not being considered as important.

As the named next of kin, I have really valued the time taken via Sweetree to get to know the user and liaise with me in all aspects of what is being provided. Visits by the support worker are followed up with a summary of how the visit went which is appreciated. I really feel that Sweetree have the best interests of the client in mind which is heartening.

I cannot praise Sweetree Care highly enough. All of their staff were delightful, caring and attentive to my mother in law. The contact with the office was excellent. They assessed my mother in law whilst in respite care and at her home. They were extremely helpful when she had to return to hospital by helping us out with care at the hospital when she could not be left alone.

I can highly recommend Sweet Tree Care Services. The management is excellent - thorough, professional, competent, responsive and always willing to assist. The carers they have provided for my parents have been kind and sensitive and always reliable. They turn up when they say they will and communicate well with my parents and have a careful balance of friendly but respectful. As a family, we feel very relieved to have Sweet Tree both as carers now but also in the future when my parents will need even more care.

My surgeon suggested that I have someone with me when I left the hospital following surgery and I was given the number of Sweet Tree Home Care Services whom I contacted. For the first time, I was able to enjoy a much-needed extended break from my partner, who suffers from Huntington's Disease. It is difficult managing someone with a degenerative mental as well as physical condition, so the person coming to stay had to be the right fit for it to work. I had several meetings and a home visit from SweetTree Home Care Services in the lead-up, and they put forward a suitable person who my partner accepted. I was able to go away for three weeks without worrying and come back to a tidy home and happy partner.
