SweetTree has provided excellent, caring support to my client and old friend over the past twelve months and for several years before. My old friend is bedridden and suffering from dementia. The carers provided are very competent and caring. When the regular live-in carer is on holiday or ill, the replacement
carers are equally as good. When medical attention is required, they arrange it. I have no hesitation in highly recommending SweetTree.

They were quick to mobilise when we approached them for care after my wife had a bad fall. The quality of the carers has been consistently good. They are caring, experienced
and always happy to go the extra mile. As a company, we have found Sweettree to be both responsive and helpful on any queries we have raised.
The initial assessment was comprehensive and detailed and resulted in them gaining a very good understanding of my wife’s needs. All in all, a very positive experience.

SweetTree has provided a variety of excellent carers to support first the rehabilitation of my elderly cousin after a fall in 2020 and then palliative carers since May 2022 - both live-in and daily. The level of support we have received has been simply outstanding. The lady who runs palliative care
is brilliant - she understood what my cousin needed and was proactive about recommending changes to the care plan and individual carers as my cousin declined. SweetTree has long-standing carers who are well trained, highly professional, communicative and act as a family. We had several carers with different skills and backgrounds, and I was very impressed. The district nurses specifically commented on how well my cousin was being looked after - so thank you! I can't recommend SweetTree more highly!

SweetTree has provided support for our elderly mother 24-hour hours a day. The care manager has been excellent. It took a few carers to find one that worked with our mother, but they, SweetTree, have been proactive and extremely helpful. The carer is exemplary and conscientious. In addition, the manager
liaised with our mother's doctor and ensure the medication instructions were correct and clear. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.

My son has been attending Sweet Tree Farm for 4 years.
Staff are kind, patient and have helped him achieve things I never thought possible for him.
The farm is set in beautiful grounds where there is plenty of space to walk quietly or have a cuppa around the log burner!
My favourite addition is
the alpacas, who always greet me on arrival!

Carers from SweetTree have been helping to look after my wife, who has Alzheimer’s disease, for the last three years. The carers have provided assistance three times a week, for one full day and two afternoons Only a small number of carers have been involved, one carer remained unchanged throughout
the whole contract. All the carers proved to be very competent, well trained and got on easily with my wife. They soon became more like friends together rather than carer and client.
The SweetTree office staff were helpful and easy to deal with. The management made periodic visits to ensure that all was going well and that we were receiving all the help that we needed.
Sadly my wife’s Alzheimer’s disease progressed to a stage that I considered it no longer safe to care for her at home, and she is now in a care home. However, had it not been for the efforts of SweetTree staff, I should have had to take that decision many months earlier.

SweetTree Home Care Services has provided outstanding care to my aunt, enabling her to stay in her own home for a lot longer than would have otherwise been possible. All of the staff I have dealt with have been extremely professional and unfailingly kind and caring. The level of care for my aunt has
been outstanding, and staff have frequently gone above and beyond, and this made such a huge difference, especially during the worst times of the pandemic. I was extremely impressed by the level of respect and dignity given to my aunt. Communication with all members of the team was excellent, and I was also given a lot of support by the staff. I strongly recommend SweetTree to anyone looking for excellent care because excellent care is exactly what was provided in every aspect of what SweetTree do.

My mother has been living with advanced dementia for the past two years. I was very impressed with the first assessment that was carried out via Zoom.
The carer started caring and supporting mum about six weeks ago, she is very patient, kind and caring. She allows mum to make choices for eg: where
she eats her meals. Also, the carer is very good at listening to our suggestions.
Having support from SweetTree has been very beneficial to us as a family. It allows us to have some respite after a long time of caring.

I approached SweetTree to provide support for my husband who has a number of conditions. The carers provided are excellent - I have increased both days and hours as the time has gone on.


My husband enjoys his quality time with the carers, and they go on walks, sit and chat, talk about interests and

when allowed they go for coffee. He cannot wait for Covid restrictions to be lifted, as they will go for longer trips using public transport where he can visit places he did when younger.


However, the best thing I can say is that I like the service so much that I have referred one of my good friends to use the service and they did.

I received wonderful care from the team for over 24 hours. One lady was kind, caring and mature in her approach. She gave me invaluable help and was always ready to go the extra mile. I couldn't believe this was her first day.
Another lady is a lovely support worker with a sweet and gentle nature.
She, too, exuded a quiet confidence and was a reassuring presence. She would make anyone feel ten foot tall but in a very discreet, encouraging way.
You couldn't have provided two support workers better able to look after me. Together, they ensured that I recovered quickly from the hospital experience.
Events coordinated everything, so the arrangements ran smoothly. Her personal touch was evident in her call outside office hours, and the next morning to check all was well.

From the person that answers the phone/admin staff to the quality of the carers that they employ - it is obvious that they expect (and achieve) this standard of professionalism from all their staff. Most importantly, all the staff empathise

We would just like to say that when we engaged the Care Service Manager and her great team, we could never have imagined how dedicated she and her team would be in giving such care and consideration to my cousin. My cousin has complex issues and from the beginning addressed them with courtesy, diligence,
great patience and understanding. The rest of the team also complement the work that is being done to in changing my cousin's life, outlook on life and her environment, for the better. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

We have found the carers from SweetTree to be generally kind, skilled and reliable. And the admin and management staff also try to accommodate changed or additional needs whenever possible.


The reason I have put "good" not excellent" for the management team was because they did not succeed in finding

us a driver with a car to take our mother out - but that was a very difficult task.

Excellent, sensible carers, well-organised office team, and highly thoughtful case managers. Do a terrific job in caring for my mother in her own home. She is elderly, quite physically incapacitated, and suffers dementia; a demanding and complex client. The whole team are responsive to family input
