I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2018, which changed my life in more ways than I can begin to explain. Due to my injuries, I was unable to live independently and required the full-time care of my mother. I’ve now started the transition back to living independently with the help and support of SweetTree. Especially my support worker, who has helped me get through the toughest of times. She has always helped motivate me to try my best and never give up hope. Also, other members of staff have been great at supporting me. I really appreciate everything - thank you.

As LPA for a friend, I have known since childhood, the responsibility of trying to provide the care she needed was very heavy. Apart from the regular daily hours, sometimes I had to contact the company to find extra care at very short notice. The office staff were unfailingly supportive, patient and efficient and always managed to meet the need. Originally the provision was some hours each day and then progressed to full time. The initial fact-finding by the company was extremely thorough, and their follow-up reviews and staff training requirements were impressive. The carers visiting for a short time, and now more permanent live-in and daily relief carer, have been very easy to work with, and they take pride in my friend's progress. Her needs regarding nutrition, exercise, medication, social care with dignity and conversation are all met with kindness and good humour. SweetTree Home Care Services was an excellent choice.

SweetTree has provided excellent, caring support to my client and old friend over the past twelve months and for several years before. My old friend is bedridden and suffering from dementia. The carers provided are very competent and caring. When the regular live-in carer is on holiday or ill, the replacement carers are equally as good. When medical attention is required, they arrange it. I have no hesitation in highly recommending SweetTree.

The initial assessment was comprehensive and detailed and resulted in them gaining a very good understanding of my wife’s needs. All in all, a very positive experience.

SweetTree has provided a variety of excellent carers to support first the rehabilitation of my elderly cousin after a fall in 2020 and then palliative carers since May 2022 - both live-in and daily. The level of support we have received has been simply outstanding. The lady who runs palliative care is brilliant - she understood what my cousin needed and was proactive about recommending changes to the care plan and individual carers as my cousin declined. SweetTree has long-standing carers who are well trained, highly professional, communicative and act as a family. We had several carers with different skills and backgrounds, and I was very impressed. The district nurses specifically commented on how well my cousin was being looked after - so thank you! I can't recommend SweetTree more highly!

SweetTree has provided support for our elderly mother 24-hour hours a day. The care manager has been excellent. It took a few carers to find one that worked with our mother, but they, SweetTree, have been proactive and extremely helpful. The carer is exemplary and conscientious. In addition, the manager liaised with our mother's doctor and ensure the medication instructions were correct and clear. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.

My son has attended Sweet Tree Farm for many years and loves it. The Farm and staff are excellent- attending is just what my son needs for his development. The activities he takes part in are varied and worthwhile. He has skills I had no idea about. The support staff are caring and competent. Thank you!

My favourite addition is the alpacas, who always greet me on arrival!

As an autistic man with limited communication, my son comes away from the farm chatting and happy, full of explanations about his day. He has been coming for several years and in particular, loves feeding the animals.

Sadly my wife’s Alzheimer’s disease progressed to a stage that I considered it no longer safe to care for her at home, and she is now in a care home. However, had it not been for the efforts of SweetTree staff, I should have had to take that decision many months earlier.

SweetTree Home Care Services has provided outstanding care to my aunt, enabling her to stay in her own home for a lot longer than would have otherwise been possible. All of the staff I have dealt with have been extremely professional and unfailingly kind and caring. The level of care for my aunt has been outstanding, and staff have frequently gone above and beyond, and this made such a huge difference, especially during the worst times of the pandemic. I was extremely impressed by the level of respect and dignity given to my aunt. Communication with all members of the team was excellent, and I was also given a lot of support by the staff. I strongly recommend SweetTree to anyone looking for excellent care because excellent care is exactly what was provided in every aspect of what SweetTree do.

Having support from SweetTree has been very beneficial to us as a family. It allows us to have some respite after a long time of caring.

I approached SweetTree to provide support for my husband who has a number of conditions. The carers provided are excellent - I have increased both days and hours as the time has gone on.

My husband enjoys his quality time with the carers, and they go on walks, sit and chat, talk about interests and when allowed they go for coffee. He cannot wait for Covid restrictions to be lifted, as they will go for longer trips using public transport where he can visit places he did when younger.

However, the best thing I can say is that I like the service so much that I have referred one of my good friends to use the service and they did.

Events coordinated everything, so the arrangements ran smoothly. Her personal touch was evident in her call outside office hours, and the next morning to check all was well.

SweetTree set very high standards in all aspects of care provided. From the person that answers the phone/admin staff to the quality of the carers that they employ - it is obvious that they expect (and achieve) this standard of professionalism from all their staff. Most importantly, all the staff empathise with clients (and their families) and truly ‘care’ for them. Our experience of the SweetTree carers are that they are punctual, hardworking and are always willing to support our needs. They have built excellent relationships with us and we regard them as almost part of our family.

It is a home care service. Recommended. Staff are really co-operative and manages nicely. It provides 24 hours service for older people.
