We have found the carers from SweetTree to be generally kind, skilled and reliable. And the admin and management staff also try to accommodate changed or additional needs whenever possible.
The reason I have put "good" not excellent" for the management team was because they did not succeed in finding us a driver with a car to take our mother out - but that was a very difficult task.
Excellent, sensible carers, well-organised office team, and highly thoughtful case managers. Do a terrific job in caring for my mother in her own home. She is elderly, quite physically incapacitated, and suffers dementia; a demanding and complex client. The whole team are responsive to family input and careful to maintain the client's independence to the fullest possible extent whilst understanding her limitations.
SweetTree were so professional and helpful, from my initial enquiry, right through to providing an assessment and care package for my grandfather. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt well listened to by all of the office staff. I would highly recommend to others looking for a care provider.
Re-clarify the care plan. Looking at options of times for carers. General experience was helpful.
My carer is beyond excellent. I have had some misunderstandings with my care provider in-house.
A very nice lady came, and all went well.
I have pointed out my views below as best I can.
SweetTree staff are all well presented, have a caring nature and are open to discussion to their times and are well tuned into my sons needs and how he likes to be cared for. The management are all very friendly and are open to any discussion, help and support we may need. They conduct regular reviews to make sure that the staff and client relationships is going well and to address any issues that may arise.
Since having had a fall in May 2015, my mother now 94 has required 24 hour live in care, and I arranged for Sweet Tree Home Care Services to provide this care. This care has been much appreciated by my mother and by my wife and I, who are now much less worried than when my mother was sometimes on her own. The carer and those who provide the care during periods of absence such as holidays have behaved professionally and kindly, while the focused support, advice and involvement of the care manager has been invaluable in ensuring my mother's welfare and comfort as constant attention is paid to the care plan, and it's implementation not only by the carer but also by the care manager, additionally. The carer is available to my mother on a long term basis so valuable continuity is achieved. The agency shows great attention to detail and best practice and, as in so many areas, this is the key to achieving excellence.
Anne Marie is great. She cared for my Pat and is my carer too. We go out all the time to the park and to the pictures. I am happy with Sweettree. I know if I am unhappy I can call the office.
Very happy with carers and office manager from SweeTree Care Services.
Very happy with the service.
The review was carried out in the most professional and caring way and lasted for about half an hour. Health was on the agenda, and I gained a few useful tips regarding coping with any physical problems (I suffer from osteoarthritis and diabetes). The service manager was very well versed in medical matters and it was altogether a very pleasant meeting, and I hope the next review will be as straight forward.
A fantastic company, staff in the office and carers are very professional an excellent all round service. Their support in difficult times is amazing. I would recommend them and do. Their understanding of clients, their circumstances and immediate family involved is second to none.
