I cannot speak highly enough of the care received by my mother. The carers attending are professional, clean and tidy and respectful. I am aware and not too rosy bespectacled to realise perfection is not always available but any problems encountered have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

I'm very pleased with the care and understanding of the needs of my husband and myself.


Communication with the office staff is not always consistent, dates and times can be misunderstood. I would recommend Audley to other people about the good caring service it provides. The flow of care is better

when we have consistent staff. We have needed to remind staff at times to tidy up after themselves and to make sure my husband's leg bag is connected properly before the carers leave. Could be a problem if I was out.
