All the staff who attend ensure that Mum is comfortable and undertake the day to day tasks efficiently that support Mum living in her own home.

Twelve Trees have looked after my dad so well. I was struggling to manage and they enabled me to be his daughter again, not just his carer. I'm so grateful for everything they did for dad and for me - helping to make life a little bit easier.

The carers have been very reliable, all arriving within 10 minutes of the specified time. They have been very pleasant, kind and thoughtful with a very nice manner. They ask what I would like them to do and always comply. I feel very safe with them and that has been very important as my mobility has been poor as a result of an accident (now thankfully much improved). You set up the care I needed very quickly over a 24 hour period only. I have already recommended you to others and would use you again without hesitation. I have been particularly struck by how much the carers think you are a very good company to work for. This is important to me as I would not like to use a company where carers are undervalued. Thank you so much.

Thank you to Twelvetrees for all the care, kindness & support your staff gave to my Mum before she sadly died in December. Really helpful, thorough , very professional, kind & quick to respond manager Marie Ambler. Vicki Lee team leader was also so helpful & kind in all our dealings with her. Also a special mention to Sarah Redfearn who does the staff rota, I found her to be very friendly, helpful, quick to respond to staffing issues or queries. Twelvetrees have provided services to now 4 of my older family members . I have no hesitation in recommending Twelvetrees home care service .

We have found the service provided to be excellent, flexible, professional and always delivered with warmth and empathy. Mums needs were always met and she always found the carers to be friendly and caring.

My experience of Twelve Trees has been excellent since I started in early 2024. This applies to staff in all roles, who have been highly supportive and professional throughout.

We find them very efficient, kind and thoughtful, they are on time and very helpful.

Very good review. No problems. Girls are always cheerful and punctual.

It is difficult to comment as we only dealt with the invoices, rather than being part of the initial assessment and set-up. I met a few of the carers and was pleased with their care and professionalism. I liked the app. This however showed me that carers were undertaking tasks they weren't commissioned to do, so I would have appreciated a discussion about this with management. I requested feedback but ultimately discovered the manager had left. Coupled with being charged for when he was in full-time care, this did not leave a good impression. I appreciate it was a crisis situation, but I would have thought that happens sometimes and would have appreciated understanding about this extremely stressful time.

I can't comment on residential facilities as this is home care.

All the carers were very friendly and made a real effort to engage with Mum and she loved chatting with them all. Even when there was snow and ice on the ground, the carers made a real effort to get to the house by parking several streets away and walking to the house. When they were going to be delayed they phoned to let us know. They were all just awesome!

Twelve Trees were able to provide 3 visits a day after the 2 weeks of 24/7 care. And after 1 week of that, Mum is ready to drop to 2 daily visits with a companionship visit once a week. All the staff are lovely, cheerful, kind souls. Just what you need when you're feeling frail and unwell. We will stick with Twelve Trees for all our Mum's care needs in the future.

Twelve Trees has been providing support and care for my best friend for several years. In all that time, they have never dropped the ball once. Not only have they taken care of my friend, they have supported me in my role, always, offering advice and taking the pressure off where they could. Their carers are all well trained, efficient, on time, patient and empathetic, and what it says on the tin, they care! After bad experiences with two other companies, my doctor told me they were the best in the area - they are! Thank you for everything!

12 Trees were totally reliable even in bad weather. The majority of staff were brilliant. They were willing and diligent. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Care workers were eager to do whatever was required and often took the initiative to do other tasks. They also spotted a mistake by the pharmacy.

This is a lovely place with a great atmosphere of calm. The staff are so helpful - provided me with advice and support at a time when I badly needed it . My husband attended as a day client for many months and although he couldn’t remember much of the activities day to day because of his Alzheimer’s he did always respond positively to the atmosphere .

Twelve Trees carers have been looking after our aunty during the last year and until she recently went into the care home. They treated her beautifully and made sure she was showered, clean, medicated and well-fed during their visits as she gradually declined in self-care due to dementia. She is lovely and sociable and appreciative of their time. And as a family, it brought us peace of mind that she was set up for the day. She just became too lonely and sad (and a bit dangerous!) to stay at home any longer. Thank you Twelve Trees.

The care has been outstanding for my parents. The carers take time to talk to them as well as provide meals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and have already done so.

All staff are prompt, efficient and willing to do jobs in the short time they are with me.
