Overall Experience
The service was excellent. We asked the agency at very short notice to help provide night care and this was achieved in 2 days and the quality of the carers was very good. The overall customer service from the agency was outstanding.

I am very happy with the service. All the staff have been good. and the carer is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he will go out of his way to make sure my husband is safe and content.

I want to thank everyone at Care Companions for their help and support. It has been really beneficial for my Mum to have the one to one attention and care over the last 12 months and it has taken a lot of the stress off my father. We couldn’t have coped without it. I want to thank everyone at Care Companions for their help and support. It has been really beneficial for my Mum to have the one to one attention and care over the last 12 months and it has taken a lot of the stress off my father. We couldn’t have coped without it. My mother has really enjoyed all the excursions around Birmingham and further afield. The photographs taken by your carers are a lovely record of these happier times. My mother's Alzheimers has deteriorated a lot now and sadly we were forced to bring her down to Wiltshire and place her in a Care Home at the end of 2015. She isn't able to enjoy so many trips out as she did last year, but at least she retained a really good quality of life and a sunny disposition whilst she was being looked after by Care Companions. Thank you again.

My mum has been looked after by Care Companions from September 2015 until February 2016 when she came to live with me on a full-time basis. Care Companions all provide outstanding care for mum. They treat her with dignity, respect and above all kindness.

My mum has been looked after by Care Companions from September 2015 until February 2016 when she came to live with me on a full-time basis. Care Companions all provide outstanding care for mum. They treat her with dignity, respect and above all kindness.
They took time to sit with her, getting to know her, taking care for her emotional as well as her physical needs.

We couldn't have hoped or asked for a better service and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other people.
