The service was excellent. We asked the agency at very short notice to help provide night care and this was achieved in 2 days and the quality of the carers was very good. The overall customer service from the agency was outstanding.

I am very happy with the service. All the staff have been good. and the carer is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he will go out of his way to make sure my husband is safe and content.

I want to thank everyone at Care Companions for their help and support. It has been really beneficial for my Mum to have the one to one attention and care over the last 12 months and it has taken a lot of the stress off my father. We couldn’t have coped without it. My mother has really enjoyed all the excursions around Birmingham and further afield. The photographs taken by your carers are a lovely record of these happier times. My mother's Alzheimers has deteriorated a lot now and sadly we were forced to bring her down to Wiltshire and place her in a Care Home at the end of 2015. She isn't able to enjoy so many trips out as she did last year, but at least she retained a really good quality of life and a sunny disposition whilst she was being looked after by Care Companions. Thank you again.
