The service provided by Carpenders Care Ltd to my mum is very well conducted taking into account my mum's health condition and assist on daily with understanding. The carers are very polite and helpful in resolving mums requirements.

A great care service; very professional and attentive. Our carer has been with us for over a year and has established a great friendship as well as a working relationship with both our mother and our family, so much so that we are keen to have this carer on a continuous basis for the foreseeable future.

The team from Carpender's care have been wonderful during the several months that they came to our home to care for my 94 year old mother who had dementia.

All of the careers have been, at all times, dedicated, professional, respectful, compassionate .. and became like members of the family

Initially there were a few teething problems, but those have been addressed carers are sweet and kind, they do a good job and are professional to my mum. The manager is very professional and supportive - The only think I would like improving is the time keeping, the road works do not help but the carers always tell us when they are late.

Thanks for the all the care being given to our mum. Recently the carers are lot more consistent in their methodology for looking after out mum. They are lot more considerate and we do appreciate their input for mums care. Also it does help as the carers do speak out mums native language.

The carers have been excellent. Understand the needs and care required. Speak Gujarati so no communication issues. The management also help and accommodate if any changes in care needed for a one off. Would definitely recommend. Also timing is accurate.

They are kind and caring and treat my father with dignity. The administration staff are also responsive in the event we need to discuss or clarify anything.
