Home Instead has recently provided a fantastic service to my mother, who needed home care because of deteriorating Alzheimer's. From the moment of contact, they were efficient and caring, assessing needs and quickly organising home visits whilst staying in good contact via the app and phone calls. Mum's carers were kind and helpful, whilst being a much-needed company. The whole team were also very understanding and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia as well as being compassionate to quickly changing health. A huge thank you to you all for your support over a very difficult six months.

Home Instead (Bournemouth) were wonderful with my mum. They were so genuine in their care and concern and made my mums last weeks more comfortable for her. They were a godsend, I never expected such a high standard of care and always with a sincere wish to go all the possibly could. They went above and beyond.

The most professional, organised and caring agency that has been to my mother. An excellent manager of a well trained and experienced team, who ensured all care needs were met. Excellent pre-assessment was undertaken followed by good care planning and record keeping. The family is always involved and kept updated of any change.

My carer was ordered for self-care due to Covid-19 and within one day they had replaced her.

Mum has received great care from her team of carers at Home Instead. They arrive promptly at the start of the arranged times and care for Mum with kindness, diligence and one-to-one personal care. She continues to benefit from their care and it makes a real difference to her day, she knows all her carers by name and looks forward to their arrival at the beginning and end of the day. Although their prices are nothing different from others, their cares are on a different league and are to be wholly recommended.
