Home Instead (Bournemouth) were wonderful with my mum. They were so genuine in their care and concern and made my mums last weeks more comfortable for her. The staff that came couldn't do enough to help and proved to be a great support for my dad and me too. Totally professional, kind and helpful. They were a godsend, I never expected such a high standard of care and always with a sincere wish to go all the possibly could. They went above and beyond.
The most professional, organised and caring agency that has been to my mother. An excellent manager of a well trained and experienced team, who ensured all care needs were met. Excellent pre-assessment was undertaken followed by good care planning and record keeping. The family is always involved and kept updated of any change.
My carer was ordered for self-care due to Covid-19 and within one day they had replaced her.
We work tirelessly to ensure all of our client's visits are covered by competent and fully trained caregivers. I am glad we could find a perfect match at such short notice. Many thanks for your kind words.
Mum has received great care from her team of carers at Home Instead. They arrive promptly at the start of the arranged times and care for Mum with kindness, diligence and one-to-one personal care. She continues to benefit from their care and it makes a real difference to her day, she knows all her carers by name and looks forward to their arrival at the beginning and end of the day. Although their prices are nothing different from others, their cares are on a different league and are to be wholly recommended.

Having grandparents who always cared for the vulnerable in our society has certainly given Greg the caring genes! He has an innate passion for the care and support of the elderly and is ideally suited to Home Instead with his strong work ethic and business knowledge.
With over 30 years of senior business management experience and a real desire to make a positive difference in our community, Mike is on a “spiritual” mission to deliver quality care to all of our Clients and to go above and beyond with support for our Care Professionals!
Marilyn joined us in 2013 and is a recruitment guru! She epitomises the Home Instead values and has perfected the art of identifying the qualities & values in people that will make them a great Care Professional! Marilyn also manages our quality Live in Care service.
Laura joined us in 2012 and had 7 years as a Care Professional delivering quality Care to our Clients before being a Field Care Supervisor and now Operations Manager. She lives at Home Instead! Her broad knowledge and experience provide stability and peace of mind.
I joined Home Instead in 2013 and have worked with them in various roles, both in the field and the office, since and have also qualified as a trainer. Everyone that I have worked with throughout this time has been supportive and has shared their knowledge along the way.
Kelly has been working in care for over 15 years, and her passion for providing high-quality care led her to join Home Instead in 2017. Kelly regularly goes out to ensure her Clients and our Care Professionals are.
Zoe is a key member of the recruitment team, ensuring that all Care Professionals receive the famous “Disney Experience” and feel welcomed and valued. Zoe assists with interviews and ensures that the recruitment process is stress-free and fun.
