It was nice to have help and care in my own home after my operation. I looked forward to the company each day (Monday - Friday). Six weeks soon passed and I would use them again, when needed.

From the moment of contact, they were efficient and caring, assessing needs and quickly organising home visits whilst staying in good contact via the app and phone calls....
Home Instead has recently provided a fantastic service to my mother, who needed home care because of deteriorating Alzheimer's. From the moment of contact, they were efficient and caring, assessing needs and quickly organising home visits whilst staying in good contact via the app and phone calls. Mum's carers were kind and helpful, whilst being a much-needed company. The whole team were also very understanding and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia as well as being compassionate to quickly changing health. A huge thank you to you all for your support over a very difficult six months.

The care pros were able to take on the challenge and were very tentative to every need and did it expertly, showing their knowledge in supporting someone with Dementia. The family had her best interest at heart and moved her into a beautiful home here, which was difficult for her, but the team soon assisted with settling her in. It was our pleasure working with you; you were very involved in every aspect of your mom’s care and were always very appreciative of all the care pros did. She will be dearly missed, and you have already reported that she is getting on well in her new environment.

Mum has received great care from her team of carers at Home Instead. They arrive promptly at the start of the arranged times and care for Mum with kindness, diligence and one-to-one personal care. She continues to benefit from their care and it makes a real difference to her day, she knows all her carers by name and looks forward to their arrival at the beginning and end of the day. Although their prices are nothing different from others, their cares are on a different league and are to be wholly recommended.
