Care 4 U have been providing care for our elderly mother for several years. She has severe vascular dementia and is in the latter stages of the illness. The staff at Care 4 U always go the extra mile when giving mom the specialist care she needs. They provide an extremely high standard of personal care,
including washing, feeding, changing and administering daily medication. We regularly witness the wonderful care and patience they show to her. They are all so kind and treat mom with enormous amounts of love, respect and dignity. We have every confidence in their ability to look after mom to the highest standard and have never had any cause for any concerns in relation to the professionalism and support they show to mom and to us, her family. We are forever grateful to Care 4 U.

I took the difficult decision to accept help in caring for my husband and I am so pleased that a friend recommended Care4U. The initial assessment was thorough, professional, caring and friendly, and this continued through the entire time we have accessed Care4U services. We were introduced to the carers
before the service started, so we would know who was coming into our home. We have the same carers every visit, which is such a bonus, and they are punctual, respectful, kind and friendly. Should they be delayed by even 10 minutes we are notified. We never feel rushed and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our mornings and evenings went from being stressful and hard work to relaxed and calm. Care4U deserve their excellent CQC rating and Caroline and the team work hard to maintain the highest standards. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs help. Well done to all the team.

We are very happy with the care service that Care4u provide for my elderly mother.
All the care staff and office staff are very professional and kind and caring.
Most importantly my mother is also very happy with them too.

The carers are always very friendly and are always able to help and assist her in whatever support she needs. She has a very good relationship with them and values their help and companionship. I'm overall very pleased with the care they provide.

Care4u have been providing care for our parents since August 2024. We can't thank them enough for the excellent level of care they have, and are continuing, to provide and for the peace of mind it gives us.
Initially our parents were quite anxious about having carers come to their home, but the carers
were carefully selected to be a good 'match' for our parents who were very quickly put at ease and have now built a very good rapport with them.
Over the past 20 months Care4u have maintained good communication with the family and have readily adjusted the level of care provided as our parents needs have changed. Thank you so much.

My mother continues to have carers 4 times a day. She does like to have a carer to moan about which is a shame as they all seem to do their best. My sister and I are concerned about how many showers mother is being given a week. We were there yesterday and the shower looked very dry and had not been
used recently. I do feel she would feel better having had a proper shower. But she is very stubborn and probably says she doesn't need one. We keep reminding ourselves that she is 98 and going to be 100 next year!

My mother has received 4 care calls a day from Care 4U for several years. In our experience the service received has been very good. Care 4U is very well managed and any concerns are dealt with quickly. You can contact them easily at any time which is reassuring. My mother consistently had the same
carers, and this continuity of care has been invaluable in building a relationship with them.
The carers are professional, kind and supportive often going above and beyond the care plan. My mother is extremely happy with the carers. I feel that my mother had been able to remain living in her own home for longer as a result of their care.

My Mom used the Care 4 U service for the past two years. The service has always been excellent. Mom's needs were always met with kindness and compassion. Always in a professional manner. When Mom became less independent Care 4 U were efficient and accommodating to her increased needs. I would strongly

From the very first contact the views, wishes + independence of my mother were held at the centre of our relationship with this organisation. The support they provided to my mother was entirely person-centre and tailored to her. There was excellent communication at all times and flexibility in the support
provided. The care + respect shown to us all was hugely appreciated - there was consistency in the staffing and skilled 'matching of support staff to their client as an individual. I have a background in social work and social work management + I believe this organisation is a brilliant example of what good care and support look like. Thank you!

Following the death of my husband (May 2022) I lost a sense of purpose but engaging the help of Care 4 U helped me to move forward. I get the same carer & she is 100% reliable, a good time keeper & motivator. I enjoy her company & am very grateful for the high standards set by Care 4 U Wolverhampton.

The Care4U team looked after our mother Joyce for nearly 12 months before she sadly passed away. The level of care, support, compassion respect and friendship they demonstrated to her and us over this period was incredible. When Caroline told me at the outset that they look after their clients as if
they were part of their family she really couldn't have framed it any better - this is exactly how the team works. They were on the ball in every aspect and their proactive and sincere attitude, gave us all huge comfort. Caroline and Julie have been fantastic! Thank you girls FOR everything- you really did help make this last 12 months a little easier. Can't speak highly enough of this team and thoroughly recommend.

I was recommended this company by a friend. Brilliant service, care and communication. I was a client for over a year from 2024 to August 2025 and could not have had better care anywhere else. Consistently the same carer which made such a difference as I always felt comfortable and she soon learned
my ways. The lady concerned was outstanding and I cannot thank her enough.

I was very lucky to find this excellent home care provider for my dad. The management went above and beyond my expectations, helping to liase with dad's social worker to get dad home and well supported. The two regular carers quickly developed a friendly and respectful relationship with my dad, who
looked forward to their visits, chats and thoughtful care. The notes made on each visit helped me to know how dad had been each day. Care 4 U helped Dad have meaningful time at home. It is no wonder that they are rated as outstanding by the CQC

My mother had carers attending to her needs three times a day. All the staff were friendly, caring, considerate, and professional while dealing with her.
The office team dealt with any problems promptly and contacted me if there were any problems.
My mother is now is a care home, but still talks about
the ladies who helped her. Many thanks for a lovely team.

Care 4 U Wolverhampton have been amazing in helping my husband, who suffered a stroke last year. The care he has received has been first class, and it has helped him gain a little bit of his independence back. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. I know that if any unexpected issues arise
then I can call the team and they will do their best to help. It has also allowed me to return to work knowing that my husband is in safe hands.
