When you are looking for parental care you are more nervous or doubting of yourself, whether the level of care will be of good quality and make life easier for your parents. My worries were pointless as everyone at Care 4 U has been superb. A particular member of staff is looking after my mother and
I can't thank her enough. The manager has a top-quality company with exceptionally high standards. All l can say is keep up your great work.

Very professional service, staff are excellent, very efficient, and caring. I feel so much more relaxed knowing my mom gets the care that she needs when she needs it and if the time comes that she needs more care I am confident that her needs will be met.

Care 4 U have been caring for our elderly parents for almost eighteen months. I cannot praise them enough; they have surpassed all expectations with their dedication and compassion. Our parents trust them and enjoy their company when they call. They feel very lucky to have such lovely people looking
after them. We in turn feel that our parents are safe and we have peace of mind that if they have any concerns they let us know immediately. In addition, the registered manager and her team are professional and compassionate. Everyone cares and goes out of their way to help. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Care 4 U have cared for my mother for over a year, after they were recommended to us by another resident where she lives. Over the past year my mother's health has deteriorated and she has become bedridden. The level of care my mother has received from Care 4 U has been excellent throughout the change
in her needs and deterioration in her mobility. They have cared for my mother compassionately, effectively and thoroughly. At times my mother has shown reluctance to be washed thoroughly or to sit on a commode and the encouragement and support they have given her to do so has undoubtedly prevented her from getting more infections or bed sores. Care 4 U have also kept us well informed of any improvements or issues in my mum's willingness to receive care, eat or take her medication. In my opinion Care 4 U are a high quality, professional care provider and I do not think my mother could receive better care from any other care provider.

When our mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, my sister and myself were in a very difficult situation, not knowing what would be the best option for our dad (aged 81 and who has dementia). Our mother had been his main carer. Thankfully Care 4 U Wolverhampton are local to him and we also received
a recommendation from an extended family member. As a family, we have nothing but praise for the whole of this care company. Nothing is too much trouble. They are so lovely and professional with their visits. We are relieved because we know Dad is in very safe hands. Dad now requires personal care and because the carers are so professional Dad is comfortable with this, which is remarkable as he was always a very private man. We are kept fully informed in all areas of Dad’s care and nothing is ever too much trouble. We would fully recommend Care 4 U Wolverhampton Ltd.

I engaged the service of Care 4 U in June 2019 for my mother who had dementia. I chose this provider because it is privately run with a personal touch. The carers were well-trained and dedicated. For example, when washing my mother they would constantly let her know what they were doing and why in order
to minimise distress. They were good time-keepers and not restricted by the clock. I was kept up to date with changing needs, both from the carers and those with office based positions, who were at the end of the telephone ready to help me when my role as main carer became overwhelming. As someone who is difficult to please, I could not have wished for a better service.

My helper has always arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. She was very capable in giving me a lovely shower and would willingly do anything I asked of her, like doing my sandwiches for lunch. I have missed her cheerful face arriving in the morning and wish her every success in the future.

Excellent service. Always the same carer for companionship to my husband to give me a break. Carer will do domestic duties if my husband is tired and wants a sleep. She has established a good rapport and is sensitive to his needs. Now having a morning carer to take on personal care and am confident
all will go well. They are flexible with timings, until we get care right. I feel well supported and the company reassure me that my needs are important too. I have so much praise for them.

I cannot praise the manager and all of her team enough. Both of my parents have dementia and the support they provide my family goes above and beyond. We have three visits a day and the care the carers provide daily is just fantastic. They are all so caring and supportive whilst professional and have
really gained my parents' trust and they are so much happier with the team around. We couldn't cope without you all.

Excellent staff with prompt and flexible service when required.
The ladies attending our parent's needs were amazing and showed real care and a sense of requirement in a situation that was increasingly more difficult as months went by. The service provided allowed our parents to stay in their own
home for about 2 years longer from the point where we thought they may need a care home placement.

From day one everyone was very understanding and helpful. We were so relieved that my father-in-law was going to be looked after. He needed care two-three times per day and Care 4 U were always flexible and changed times whenever required.
The Care 4 U ladies became good friends with him over the
year that he needed help.

I was very impressed with Care 4 U Wolverhampton Ltd from my first telephone call. Courteous staff, attention to detail, good listening skills - really professional team.
The carers assigned to my brother and sister-in-law were so kind and caring and patient. They arrived on time on each occasion and

I moved to Care 4 U after having poor service with another care provider and needed additional support at such a stressful time. Care 4 U met with me and I outlined my mother's care requirements. They were professional at all times and delivered the utmost care for my mother ensuring her needs were
met with respect and dignity. The carer appointed to my mother was so lovely, on time and always taking my mum's needs into account and working at my mums pace. My mum has had various care providers for over 13 years. Care 4 u is one of the best I have encountered and would highly recommend.
