The management team and the standard of the caregiver team provided to my mother over the last few years has been outstanding. They provide an excellent, professional service and are reliable, friendly, helpful and have always been very kind to my mother. I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough.
With
my mother now requiring constant care, we shall be very sad to move on and will miss the Home Instead team greatly.
Thank you for everything you've done to support us, you've been magnificent!

We have carers in twice a day, they are always punctual, pleasant, friendly and conscientious. I have every confidence that leaving a bed-bound patient in their care they will do everything required to make him comfortable.

My carer is excellent. We get along together very well. She always attends regularly and on time and she is most helpful in the care she gives to me. She helps me to shower and dress, which is the service I need most. She makes my bed and puts the rubbish out in the dustbin. At the end of the session,
she makes a cup of tea for both of us and we sit and chat and try to put the world to rights! (not always successfully!). She is really good company.

Carers were always sympathetic to my father's needs and he greatly enjoyed their company.
He was brought home baking teats which he loved. Home Instead always tried to accommodate changes in times and dates and were very helpful when he went into hospital.

Following an emergency situation, Home Instead pulled out all the stops to help and continue to support my parents. They are professional and caring and all the staff, admin and caregivers are knowledgeable, friendly and first class. Thank you.

The Carers that visit my father are very well trained and thoughtful people. We are unusual that the visit takes place in a family home where 3 generations gather during the day. Although expensive, all staff I deal with the courteous, friendly and helpful.

I was introduced to your service by a friend and started using it in February 2015 after a bad fall which exacerbated my mobility problems. All along I was impressed by the standard of care, especially when I became more concentrated following a carpal tunnel operation in December 2017. For me, it is
a real pleasure to go out with my carer. I always look forward to her visit.

Providing a carer for an elderly relative is difficult but Home Instead has been very supportive in trying to make sure the caregiver is right and happy to change carers if the chemistry is not right.
Overall, the service we receive is good and communication is excellent as always available to speak
to.
Keeping independent in your own home is important.

Helpful, friendly service providing carers on a daily basis for 1 and a half hours. Carers lead and unload dishwasher and washing machine.


Do ironing, prepare evening meal eg. Spaghetti bolognese and peel apples and make the bed.
