Our care giver is very helpful. He is very cheerful and friendly and my husband who has dementia likes the care giver's company
I was very pleased and satisfied with my first carer. I cannot say about my current helper as I have only had her once but she seemed very pleasant.
Care providers have varied and each has their own style, but four out of five times we have had the same one, who we like the most and has been exceptionally good and a real friend, providing just what was needed most - conversation and exercise for the client. She has always been ready to consider any other way of helping we might suggest.
I am very pleased with all the carers who visit me and the concerns of the agency.
As my husband's condition has deteriorated I have found the care and support of the carers priceless. They have not only cared for my husband but have provided emotional support and empathy to me.
I would highly recommend this service.
Cannot fault the service and the carers provided, has been a great help for my dad and consequently myself as well. Extremely hard working but also spending time talking and socializing with Dad. Everything has been very professional and competent.
