I have found AcreCare Ltd to be very caring. The carers are very reliable and have a good rapport with my 95-year old mother. They have on several occasions gone beyond what has been expected from them. The support from the office is also very good and any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Their communication with me about anything they are concerned about is also speedy. All the staff that I have had any contact with from the manager to the individual carers have been friendly but professional. I would not hesitate to recommend AcreCare Ltd to anyone.
The care that my Godmother has received with Acre Care is superb. I am delighted that she is being cared for by such genuinely lovely staff. They are professional, friendly, informative, engaging, and reliable. The Manager has been excellent in always being responsive to any enquiry I may have regarding my Godmother's wellbeing, and putting in place the care she needs in a very prompt manner. I am so grateful to all the staff I have met so far. One member of staff, in particular, is also an asset to the team. I am confident in recommending the services of Acre Care. Thank you so much. I would rate them 10/10 and know that my Godmother is also appreciative of their kindness. You can tell that it is being led by a very experienced team. This reassures me that she is in very safe hands.
I am so pleased with the care given to my dad and his wife. The fact they are happy with their care is so reassuring, especially as I do not live locally. I have been using AcreCare regularly daily since my stroke in 2015. This organisation has proved reliable, timely and responsive to my requests at all times.
I can't praise AcreCare enough, they look after my 80-year-old Dad so well. Even throughout the really hard times of lockdown and our last minute requests for extra visits they just make it happen. Always keeping us informed about what is going on and never letting us down. We are so lucky to have them and so grateful for what they do.

As a Care Coordinator at Acre Care, my role is centred around the vital task of scheduling care services for our clients on a weekly basis. My commitment to this role is driven by a profound dedication to ensuring that each and every service user receives the highest standard of care possible.
I understand the paramount importance of consistency in our services, not only to meet the expectations of our clients but also to maintain the job satisfaction and morale of our dedicated staff.
