Overall Experience

Absolutely amazing care providers. The level of care is outstanding. All carers are extremely kind, helpful, caring and compassionate and go above and beyond every time. Personal beliefs are always respected. The carers don't just perform tasks, they truly listen and engage. At the end of every visit the carer will ask my mother if there's anything else she requires. The carers are always very happy, cheerful, well spoken and polite and engage with us as well as my mother. My mother is always pleased to see these lovely carers. They genuinely make her feel happy and relaxed. I can contact management any time of day/evening and get a response pretty much straight away! Nothing is ever a problem! They bend over backwards for us. Thank you for your ongoing care.

My husband became bed bound with demetia in March 2025. I had been using Platinum before that to wash and shave him. I moved them up to four visits a day and also live in care to enable me to have holidays and make monthly trips to London to the ballet. With the live in care they also cared for my elderley lurcher Moley, who loved them.
At all times the carers were punctual, efficient whilst always caring. He was always happy to see them. They also provided a much needed liason with the community nurses, the doctors surgery and an equipment services company.
This all enabled me to keep him at home until he died in January 2026. A carer was with me when he died and she efficiently dealt with getting the community nurse to certify the death and the undertakers.
Altogether an efficient and cost effective service in difficult circumstances.

I could not have asked for more and I always recommend them when asked.

Having moved from another Care provider to PC last year, I have had faith restored in the provision of care at home for my
Parent.i can honestly say with hand on heart that Platinum Care continue to provide first class support not only to my mum, but also reassurance to me.
Zoe has been absolutely amazing in ensuring that every little aspect of the needs of my
Mother's care is covered at ALL times - no aspect is too small and any shortfall has been covered promptly.

Her care team are superb and bring attention and any concerns or urgent needs to my attention.

I feel much more relaxed knowing that Platinum Care are there for us, but more importantly for my mum.

My brother has received excellent professional care since March 2025 following a long spell in hospital.
We are always informed if there is a delay in the carer arriving.
Especially grateful to be made aware if any change in his health that may need further investigation with GP.

All his carers are friendly and helpful, especially Zoe who attends Adrian most frequently.

Excellent onboarding approach in giving us what we were after making it so easy to set up. So refreshing when you are struggling with everything else. Nothing is too much trouble to arrange - very accommodating and flexible. The care staff are very kind and considerate and engage as much as you need giving you assurance that your loved one is in good hands. Always very prompt and polite. Highly recommend

I went to Platinum Care on recommendation and couldn't be happier with their services. Zoe and her team go above and beyond for my aunt, who can be quite demanding at times and she thinks highly of them. Always prompt with any concerns and keeping me updated as I live a distance away. We have found platinum care to be friendly and easy to deal with from the start. They are always ready to help and easy to contact. Zoe answers promptly, is always friendly and happy to sort anything thing out.
My mum has the care and finds the carers friendly and caring and again will help sort things out.

We can't recommend them enough. We went to them because of their reputation and they have lived up to it.

We have been delighted with the care Platinum Care is offering our relative. The communication from the team, the patience and friendliness of the carers are exemplary. Knowing the team are calling in 3 times a day is a reassurance and gives peace of mind knowing our relative is being well looked after. Acre care provide fantastic care for my elderly mother- all of her care suits her needs and requirements- she is treated with dignity, immense care and kindness- acre care carers go above and beyond for my mum whether it be medical or personal needs- I completely trust all the carers and feel that they deserve such recognition for an exceptional service they provide- also they support myself immensely especially as I have MH issues - I know that I am never on my own with acre care x

We cannot thank Acre Care in Bognor Regis enough for the service they have provided over the last 6 months to a 92 year old dear friend of ours. Everyone involved has been kind, professional and knowledgeable, from the management staff in the office to to the home carers. They have been most accommodating of any changes we required to the level of care and promptly provided what we required. They have given myself and my husband peace of mind and supported us every step of the way, we couldn't have coped without them. I wholeheartedly recommend Acre Care to everyone.

Emma and the team at Acre Care, Worthing have been fantastic in the home care they facilitate for my mother-in-law. They go the extra mile in trying to provide consistent carers who she gets to know. They can then be proactive in raising potential issues so we can collaborate on ensuring she is supported and empowered and any problems minimised. We are so appreciative of all they do and from past experience know that not all care providers can provide this level of care.

Overall Experience

We are incredibly grateful to AcreCare who have looked after my father ever since he first moved to Sussex with relatively conplex medical and care needs. They helped to keep him and Mum living (out of a home) which is of huge importance to us all.

The carers are:
- Excellent in communication and keeping me updated
- Incredibly caring and genuine
- In particular there are some very experienced and knowledgeable staff with a wealth of prior experience to support their care abilities.
- Kind and patient with my Mum (who has dementia and a short fuse as an 80yr old full time carer)
- Diligent in escalating health issues

- Flexible in managing different requests and support needs including social and respite arrangements.

For the last 15-16 months Monika and her team at Acre care have been looking after my my mother. They have been outstanding and the care they provide for my mother is none short of amazing. They not only support my mother but they also make sure I'm ok aswell. They have become family to us. With out their support I'm not sure how I would of coped. Me and my sister are forever grateful for everything they do, and I personally can't thank them enough. The carers are always on time, dressed professionally, well polite and mannered. And if they are running late, both myself and my sister are kept updated. The communication with the office staff is fantastic, no matter what they are always at the end of the phone to help us if we need it. And for that I'm an truly grateful.
