Platinum Care Solutions

I have been with Platinum Care, Home Care, on Hayling Island for about 6 weeks so far. I truly cannot praise them enough for the care they have provided me. From first contact, making the arrangements, I have been treated to a high level of friendly professionalism and respect.

I am treated as a person and not a number or a burden. Nothing is too much for them. They genuinely each deserve 10 stars for being super carers.

I am gutted (though thrilled) that PCC has now found me my forever home in Portsmouth and in a few more weeks I will move. I am hoping the Porchester team will be able to take over and continue the excellent service provided by the group.

Previous years I worked as care support worker for 27 years, I know what excellence is 100% of what I gave and the care staff that meet my needs give excellent care and respect to me, with understanding and patience which is important to anybody who needs friendly dedicated carer, to visit when the carer time is finished, make sure with in the time of going no obstacles in the way of hazards, to the client falling and everything is safe and I receive regular phone calls from the local manager. Am I happy with the service and how I am which pleases me to receive a phone call that the company cares about their clients, makes a huge difference to me as a very satisfied customer and client.

We cannot thank the Platinum team enough for their kind and thoughtful care. The whole care team has been brilliant - reliable, friendly, practical and caring. The visits have been on time and the team good company for our relative as they carry out their caring tasks. The management team has also been exceptional- above and beyond to help as needed. Service agents were friendly and helpful. 2 weekly assistant is hard working, friendly, efficient, and offers friendly advice.

Absolutely amazing care providers. The level of care is outstanding. All carers are extremely kind, helpful, caring and compassionate and go above and beyond every time. Personal beliefs are always respected. The carers don't just perform tasks, they truly listen and engage. At the end of every visit the carer will ask my mother if there's anything else she requires. The carers are always very happy, cheerful, well spoken and polite and engage with us as well as my mother. My mother is always pleased to see these lovely carers. They genuinely make her feel happy and relaxed. I can contact management any time of day/evening and get a response pretty much straight away! Nothing is ever a problem! They bend over backwards for us. Thank you for your ongoing care.

I could not have asked for more and I always recommend them when asked.

Her care team are superb and bring attention and any concerns or urgent needs to my attention.

I feel much more relaxed knowing that Platinum Care are there for us, but more importantly for my mum.

All his carers are friendly and helpful, especially Zoe who attends Adrian most frequently.

Excellent onboarding approach in giving us what we were after making it so easy to set up. So refreshing when you are struggling with everything else. Nothing is too much trouble to arrange - very accommodating and flexible. The care staff are very kind and considerate and engage as much as you need giving you assurance that your loved one is in good hands. Always very prompt and polite. Highly recommend

I went to Platinum Care on recommendation and couldn't be happier with their services. Zoe and her team go above and beyond for my aunt, who can be quite demanding at times and she thinks highly of them. Always prompt with any concerns and keeping me updated as I live a distance away. I can't thank them enough for the expert care they give her.

The team at Platinum Care Portchester are so friendly, efficient and very often go above and beyond. They communicate frequently with us and provide such a caring service. Our Aunt and Uncle appreciate them greatly and we don't think they could remain in their own home without their support. We'd like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to all of the team, those who visit them, and also those who carry out the administration side of things.

We have been delighted with the care Platinum Care is offering our relative. The communication from the team, the patience and friendliness of the carers are exemplary. Knowing the team are calling in 3 times a day is a reassurance and gives peace of mind knowing our relative is being well looked after. We are grateful for the eyes on the ground as we live a distance away. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can't recommend Platinum Care Solutions (Portchester) highly enough! Jodie Care Manager & her Team deliver an excellent service. All of the Care Professionals in the field who looked after my Wife from February 25 to December 25 were simply amazing. I have not needed care before, and I was reluctant to do so. I need not have worried. All the carers have treated me with dignity, making me feel relaxed and cared for. They enabled me to make progress with my mobility and helped me regain some independence. During October I had medical problems.The carers were very supportive in getting me treatment from the NHS. I have had lots of tests which I would probably not have received if I hadn't had Platinum Care.

I would thoroughly recommend Platinum Care Solutions to anyone needing care and support for a loved one in their own home as the staff are amazing and really do go above and beyond, thank you Platinum for everything, I couldn't have cared for mum without you!

My mum never expected to need carers but following a very poor hospital experience needed considerable help in order to remain in her home. The staff were reliable and caring and never made her feel she was asking too much. She largely had a familiar set of carers which meant routines and general expectations were known. She received care from Platinum for just over 3 years but has sadly now died. During her final weeks, the manager made sure that there was a very tight group of her preferred carers to try and make a truly awful time a bit better. For that I will always be grateful. They were also very kind to my sister and I at the time of bereavement, attending her funeral and checking up on us! Extremely kind.

Platinum care solutions are a very professional company. They employ experienced staff who offer exceptional care and support to their client/ service user. They have been visiting my mum for over 2 years now. She is very happy with the support and care she receives, enabling her to live in her own home independently with carers and family support. They are flexible on what they provide at a competitive price. Mum was reluctant to accept assistance with care , but now she looks forward to their daily visit .
