I can't recommend Platinum Care Solutions (Portchester) highly enough! Jodie Care Manager & her Team deliver an excellent service. All of the Care Professionals in the field who looked after my Wife from February 25 to December 25 were simply amazing. From a care profession point of view and all the way to friendly support to all of the family. I am truly thankful to Mandy, Jane & Rebecca et al. for all of their efforts, dedication and hard work. I have not needed care before, and I was reluctant to do so. I need not have worried. All the carers have treated me with dignity, making me feel relaxed and cared for. They enabled me to make progress with my mobility and helped me regain some independence. During October I had medical problems.The carers were very supportive in getting me treatment from the NHS. I have had lots of tests which I would probably not have received if I hadn't had Platinum Care.

I would thoroughly recommend Platinum Care Solutions to anyone needing care and support for a loved one in their own home as the staff are amazing and really do go above and beyond, thank you Platinum for everything, I couldn't have cared for mum without you!

My mum never expected to need carers but following a very poor hospital experience needed considerable help in order to remain in her home. The staff were reliable and caring and never made her feel she was asking too much. She largely had a familiar set of carers which meant routines and general expectations were known. She received care from Platinum for just over 3 years but has sadly now died. During her final weeks, the manager made sure that there was a very tight group of her preferred carers to try and make a truly awful time a bit better. For that I will always be grateful. They were also very kind to my sister and I at the time of bereavement, attending her funeral and checking up on us! Extremely kind.

Platinum care solutions are a very professional company. They employ experienced staff who offer exceptional care and support to their client/ service user. They have been visiting my mum for over 2 years now. She is very happy with the support and care she receives, enabling her to live in her own home independently with carers and family support. They are flexible on what they provide at a competitive price. Mum was reluctant to accept assistance with care , but now she looks forward to their daily visit .

i like the freedom to adjust times and days if needed and this is done via office or staff

Care package built up from once a day to five times a day as my sister in law became more disabled

Would recommend to others requiring this type if service. On recently contacting tbe owner regarding recent price increase she was most helpful in explaining the situation.

My wife has been with the service for some time and we formed a relationship with the regular carers which she enjoyed and appreciated towards the end of her life. She came to rely on the carers to assist her with her needs and wants their respect they offered with the sense of humour That was enjoyed by all went a long way in making her feel comfortable in the last few days of our life I would like to say thank you to those members of staff who attended right up to the end and the support they offered my wife and myself a big thank you

Mum has been with Platinum for over 6 years and it started with a few visits a day to the now maximum. In all that time, they have changed their support and care for Mum as her illnesses and frailty declines. All of the carers have been great and help Mum to the best of their ability. Mum struggles a lot so it is difficult to get it right all the time, but whoever goes in to see her treats her with kindness and supports her to the fullest. Mum has quite complex needs and nothing is too much, the carers really do show such compassion with her. There are several carers that have become real favourites for Mum and they brighten her day with their anecdotes and conversations. They are so obliging and try the very best they can to adjust to anything we throw at them last minute and the office staff are just as wonderful and helpful. Thanks to their tireless support and help, Mum is still able to stay in her home. Thank you.

I am very happy with my mother's care provider, especially her main carer. I feel very comfortable discussing issues with them and confident that my concerns are met. The care provided is of a high quality. I am in daily contact with them, so we work together and give my mother the best life in her own home possible.

From admin through to the caregivers, these are a lovely, friendly and caring team of ladies, whose professional support has enabled my very elderly Mum to enjoy additional time in her own home. Have delivered weekly care/domestic help service for some months. Very reliable staff and a thorough weekly cleaning/support service provided. Weekly cleaner/domestic help provides reassuring care, and the company keeps us well-informed throughout.

Platinum Care came to the rescue in our hour of need. My mum was apprehensive at first as she had never needed support before but loves it and her ladies who pop in. A friendly voice and hot dinner, I am able to know she is kept an eye on and am able to live independently. Thank you, everyone, worth every penny for peace of mind.

As Mum's mobility deteriorated, we needed to instruct carers to come in to her home and help her out. Not having been in this situation before, we were very impressed with Platinum Care, right from the initial enquiry stage to the actual caring of Mum. They helped us through the process every step of the way and even when her ability deteriorated, helped us out above and beyond. Mum was always more than happy with the care that she received. She has now moved into a Care Home, and whilst we only used Platinum Care for about 3 or 4 months, can't recommend them enough.

Always received good care despite the shortage of staff making it difficult to recruit. The biggest gripe is the charge of double-time, profit margin should not be charged at that rate.

Mum never expected to be in need of carers but she has found them to be sympathetic, empathetic and very keen to get her care right. They do their best to meet her needs as she requests. Never make her feel they'd rather not be doing it and they put her at the centre of what they do. If she is needed to be flexible, she is very willing in the knowledge that it works both ways! Value for money is all relative!

Usually very good, any problems get sorted.
