Before any care provision, the team will arrange an assessment to learn more about the individual's needs and preferences. All the staff at Acre Care are absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for better carers for my mum. I trust mums carers implicitly. Mums loves them and they love her. Mum looks forward to seeing her carers every day. We can't thank acre care enough for looking after our mum.

Acre care provide fantastic care for my elderly mother- all of her care suits her needs and requirements- she is treated with dignity, immense care and kindness- acre care carers go above and beyond for my mum whether it be medical or personal needs- I completely trust all the carers and feel that they
deserve such recognition for an exceptional service they provide- also they support myself immensely especially as I have MH issues - I know that I am never on my own with acre care x

We cannot thank Acre Care in Bognor Regis enough for the service they have provided over the last 6 months to a 92 year old dear friend of ours. Everyone involved has been kind, professional and knowledgeable, from the management staff in the office to to the home carers. They have been most accommodating
of any changes we required to the level of care and promptly provided what we required. They have given myself and my husband peace of mind and supported us every step of the way, we couldn't have coped without them. I wholeheartedly recommend Acre Care to everyone.

For the last 15-16 months Monika and her team at Acre care have been looking after my my mother. They have been outstanding and the care they provide for my mother is none short of amazing. They not only support my mother but they also make sure I'm ok aswell. They have become family to us. With out
their support I'm not sure how I would of coped. Me and my sister are forever grateful for everything they do, and I personally can't thank them enough. The carers are always on time, dressed professionally, well polite and mannered. And if they are running late, both myself and my sister are kept updated. The communication with the office staff is fantastic, no matter what they are always at the end of the phone to help us if we need it. And for that I'm an truly grateful.

Acre care have been looking after my mum for nearly two years and the agency and the girls have been outstanding and have been a massive support for me and my sister, nothing is ever too much hassle or bother. My mum looks forward to the girls coming in often with a boogie, always a chat and a smile

My mother is 97yrs old and fiercely independent. After a fall & hip replacement I insisted she had a daily visit from a carer and AcreCare manager gently convinced her of the importance. The girls who came each day were efficient but most of all so caring and friendly, they got mum to actually look
forward to the visit. After three months mums mobility improved sufficiently for her to re-assert her independence no doubt due to the help and support of the care team.

We initially chose Acre Care Provider as they are local and good value for money. We have been impressed by their professionalism in all matters. I'm really not sure how much praise would be too much praise.
The care team are second to none.
Not only because of the care they give my mum but also for how stress free it has left me regarding my mums care and wellbeing.
Initially I was apprehensive about strangers going into my mum and assisting
her but that soon melted away when I saw how competent and caring the manager and her amazing care team are.
It's not only about the amazing care they are there to do, its the things that are done that are above and beyond the remit of the care package but ultimately it's that my mum has a rapore with the ladies and feels safe and secure, you really can't ask for more than that.
So thank you acre care most sincerely.

Most Appreciated was the fact that the carer came at a regular time each week so that we could plan the day around the visit, including mealtimes. Also, the fact that we had a regular carer which meant they became familiar with the household and did not have to be shown what to do each time.

Acre Care Homecare: Staff and carers all do an excellent job for my wife. The daily visits, trips and respite care are working well. Some carers exceed with use and knowledge, especially contact and talking before jumping to physical action. I feel at times an on the job supervisor should pay a visit
to check certain young and older carers how they approach a patient on entering! (continuation training) Dementia illness is causing so much concern now. This is a problem for all involved with this. All staff have to be observed and appropriate action taken by all concerned. Thank you all for what you do.

My husband and I joined Acre Care in May this year and have never looked back, the staff at the Bognor Regis office are a superb team, they work well together and are supervised by a good manager.
We have never had a reason to complain about our care and would say all the carers look after their clients
in a professional manner.

We have been involved with Acre Care since October 2023. The care my mother has received has been amazing - the team of carers are a complete credit to the agency - their kindness, care and compassion enabled my mother to stay living in her own home for the longest possible time.
The admin team are
wonderful and only ever a call or text away. They worked with us and a complex timetable of our own to deliver a fantastic stress-free service. A team of angels.

Thank you Acre Care for looking after our mum the past months, the care provided was exceptional maintaining dignity and professionalism at all times. The carers are warm and friendly showing respect and warmth and comfort whilst in Mum's home. Mum always enjoyed the company of them.

Fantastic, thoughtful and caring staff. My father was very nervous about having carers at all but once he met the caring team from Acre and they helped him shower, helped him dress and anything else he needed he really appreciated them.
They made him feel comfortable and alleviated his fears.
They
were also there during a situation when we needed them and one particular member of staff handled it magnificently. I would highly recommend this home care provider.
