I find all the carers kind and very helpful. They all treat my husband as a person. He likes all of them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it is very much appreciated.
We have two carers three times a day to attend to my wife's personal needs. She is capable of walking with supervision about 20 yards and the carers encourage her to do so. She is 89 years old and I am 91 and we have been married 64 years. I attend to feeding us and all other housework duties. We have about 12 to 15 carers all from different countries and without exception do the work competently and with a smile on their faces.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. 64 years of marriage is very inspiring! it's great to hear your positive feedback.
Very good, all very cheerful and practical. I am not easy, being 90+ years. I am very thankful.
Acre Care Homecare is very professional and caring. I am extremely happy with them.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We really value your feedback.
I really cannot speak too highly of the team. They are so friendly, always cheerful, very easy to get on with and always ready to talk which is so nice, never in a rush to go, also treated with the utmost respect. I feel we are so very lucky to have such caring people visit my house.
They have all provided excellent care. Everyone is so caring and will do anything to make mum comfortable and at ease. They sit with her while asleep so that when she wakes up she sees a familiar face. They spend time talking to her and reassuring her. They help with all her daily living activities. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Perfect experience. The carers were so professional and looked after my mother-in-law very well. Couldn't have asked for better care. 10/10.
We started having carers from AcreCare in late September and have found everyone who comes to us to be very caring, not only with my husband but with me too. They are polite and respect our home; they never leave in a hurry, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They deal with my husband's personal and medical needs most professionally but have a good sense of humour, and my husband enjoys bantering with them. They give the impression that they like their work and enjoy coming to us; we certainly appreciate their visits.
The team at Acre Care have been looking after Mum for a while now. Mum has stage 4 cancer, so not easy. I could not fault any of them, In fact, we could not have coped without them. Caring for Mum four times a day and always keeping us informed of what is happening. All of the team seem very happy in their work. It is clear that Acre values their staff. Thank you!
I can't praise AcreCare enough. They are all so wonderful. Mum is very poorly and the girls manage to put a smile on her face which doesn't happen often at the moment. We quite literally couldn't have done this without them. Mum is treated with all the love and dignity that she deserves. AcreCare we love you.
I've been looked after very well. No complaints, the carers are lovely.
I am very happy with the care and support that I receive. The carers are very helpful, understanding, and always treat me with respect and leave me feeling very dignified which is extremely important to me as I am a very proud person. Relationships have built up over a period of time and I have great love and respect for the carers that look after me in all aspects of my life. Management go above and beyond.
I am disabled and require help which is provided in an efficient and professional manner by the AcreCare helpers who attend to me in a cheerful and efficient way.
My wife is presently receiving assistance from AcreCare twice a day. She is helped and supported by a care assistant. They have each been professional and enthusiastic. They have been dependable and on time every day. It has been a pleasure to meet them all and they have done everything possible to make my wife independent and help with her personal care. I cannot thank them enough.
Excellent service by management and team always kept informed of changes to time! These people go over and above board in looking after their clients and help carers to keep fit and well.
The care you provide for my grandparents is second to none. Every need is catered for in a very person-centred way. The carers always go above and beyond what is needed to ensure my grandparents are well looked after, it makes us as a family feel very passionately about the company and the care it provides.
All of our carers are supportive, helpful, funny, and go over and above their normal schedules to sort out Dad's every need. They also support my eighty-year-old mum who has had some health issues lately. Thank you AcreCare, Bognor for providing efficient, well-qualified staff.
My Mum has received excellent care from all the team. They were gentle, patient and understanding, even when my Mum could be, at times, very difficult to deal with. The staff formed strong personal relationships with my Mum. It is true to say real friendships were formed. They are a strong caring team and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Significantly, the team also correctly identified an infection allowing for timely treatment. I remain extremely grateful for the care they have given.
Pleasant company to deal with. Meet my stepfather's needs. Have fitted in extra care when needed and covered me when I am away. My stepfather is happy with his care and the staff that come to see him.
Cannot praise the company enough. The team are supportive, kind, and professional. They keep me fully engaged with all developments and always have my Aunt's best interests at heart. They have been looking after her for a year now and always go the extra mile to ensure she enjoys life to the fullest. She is treated like a person rather than just a ‘service user’. Would 100% recommend the company.
