Absolutely amazed by all the lovely carers. We've had several of them help in the care for my elderly mother and they all do an outstanding job! So kind and caring and do everything we ask of them... and more! If I ever have any questions, they're usually answered within minutes of sending a message
to Management! Definitely 5* all round!

I have not needed care before, and I was reluctant to do so. I need not have worried. All the carers have treated me with dignity, making me feel relaxed and cared for. They enabled me to make progress with my mobility and helped me regain some independence. During October I had medical problems.The
carers were very supportive in getting me treatment from the NHS. I have had lots of tests which I would probably not have received if I hadn't had Platinum Care.

Mum likes most of the carers over the past years. Mum is mistrustful of management visits. Mum is not an easy person to manage so we are pleased that carers are generally tolerant and respectful and cope well with her mishaps.

The care I receive is excellent, the carers are so friendly. It's lovely to see them all. I also enjoy my weekly social visit out. It's lovely to have someone to chat with over a cup of coffee.

All carers are friendly, polite and professional in their care for Jane. They ensure that her needs are met before leaving and although Jane has dementia do not appear to be phased by her fluctuating and mercurial moods and stubbornness

We visit every couple of months. We find the clients to be happy and as comfortable as they can be considering both their health situations. The care staff that we have met are very attentive and caring.

My mother was a client of Platinum Care Solutions for over 5 years before moving into residential care at the end of 2024.

kindness, but they provided me with constant support and mum would definitely have needed to move into residential care a lot sooner if it hadn't been for them.
Mum and I both built good relationships with her carers over the years and I would go as far as saying we now consider her senior carer to be a close family friend who will continue to be a part of mine and mum's lives even though she is no longer her carer.
I would thoroughly recommend Platinum Care Solutions to anyone needing care and support for a loved one in their own home as the staff are amazing and really do go above and beyond, thank you Platinum for everything, I couldn't have cared for mum without you!

I've been with Safe Harbour now for 6 weeks, I have previously had different carers. I was apprehensive of going with another care company. Safe Harbour carers are chalk and cheese to the previous carers. It is extremely convenient to have carers arrive on time every day. The other carers turned up
whenever and mucked my daily routine up, without exemption Safe Harbour carers have been wonderful, very consistent, caring and willing to learn. It appears to me, that any jobs that need doing, they accommodate this. They have helped me sort new equipment. I am very happy with the care I receive and so is my family.

"My mother receives care from this wonderful company, and I cannot praise them enough. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly go above and beyond in everything they do. When I visit, the house feels warm and welcoming, and it's clear that the carers bring so much joy to my mum's life.
No task is ever too much, and their dedication has made them feel like part of our family. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. Highly recommend!"

My mum never expected to need carers but following a very poor hospital experience needed considerable help in order to remain in her home. The staff were reliable and caring and never made her feel she was asking too much. She largely had a familiar set of carers which meant routines and general expectations
were known. She received care from Platinum for just over 3 years but has sadly now died. During her final weeks, the manager made sure that there was a very tight group of her preferred carers to try and make a truly awful time a bit better. For that I will always be grateful. They were also very kind to my sister and I at the time of bereavement, attending her funeral and checking up on us! Extremely kind.

Platinum care solutions are a very professional company. They employ experienced staff who offer exceptional care and support to their client/ service user. They have been visiting my mum for over 2 years now. She is very happy with the support and care she receives, enabling her to live in her own
home independently with carers and family support. They are flexible on what they provide at a competitive price. Mum was reluctant to accept assistance with care , but now she looks forward to their daily visit .

My wife has been with the service for some time and we formed a relationship with the regular carers which she enjoyed and appreciated towards the end of her life. She came to rely on the carers to assist her with her needs and wants their respect they offered with the sense of humour That was enjoyed
by all went a long way in making her feel comfortable in the last few days of our life I would like to say thank you to those members of staff who attended right up to the end and the support they offered my wife and myself a big thank you

Safe Harbour's swift response to help us care for my father was exactly what we needed. Morning and evening visits organised by their kind and efficient supervisor were just what we needed in caring for Dad.
