Acre Care have consistently been there for my Mum who is quite vulnerable now and suffers with anxiety. Monika is great, she always listens to feedback in a productive way, she is never defensive and makes changes straight away if needed. They are kind and professional and Mum is now in a good routine. Particular praise for Katie who has been so brilliant. My Mum takes a long time to trust people but straight from the start Katie was so kind, fun and treated Mum with such dignity that she took to the carers much quicker. Thanks for all your hard work it is greatly appreciated.

Very efficient, caring, kind team. Everyone very friendly and supportive. Will miss them all. As only used for less than 0 mins each evening, found it expensive, but appreciated the support from all the carers.

My dad has been receiving personal care from this company for a while now, and the difference it has made to his daily life is incredible. The carers are patient, respectful, and genuinely kind - they treat him like a person, not a task.

We cannot thank Acre Care in Bognor Regis enough for the service they have provided over the last 6 months to a 92 year old dear friend of ours. Everyone involved has been kind, professional and knowledgeable, from the management staff in the office to to the home carers. They have been most accommodating of any changes we required to the level of care and promptly provided what we required. Emma and the team at Acre Care, Worthing have been fantastic in the home care they facilitate for my mother-in-law. They go the extra mile in trying to provide consistent carers who she gets to know. They can then be proactive in raising potential issues so we can collaborate on ensuring she is supported and empowered and any problems minimised. We are so appreciative of all they do and from past experience know that not all care providers can provide this level of care.

For the last 15-16 months Monika and her team at Acre care have been looking after my my mother. They have been outstanding and the care they provide for my mother is none short of amazing. They not only support my mother but they also make sure I'm ok aswell. They have become family to us. With out their support I'm not sure how I would of coped. Me and my sister are forever grateful for everything they do, and I personally can't thank them enough. The carers are always on time, dressed professionally, well polite and mannered. And if they are running late, both myself and my sister are kept updated. The communication with the office staff is fantastic, no matter what they are always at the end of the phone to help us if we need it. And for that I'm an truly grateful.

Acre care have been looking after my mum for nearly two years and the agency and the girls have been outstanding and have been a massive support for me and my sister, nothing is ever too much hassle or bother. My mum looks forward to the girls coming in often with a boogie, always a chat and a smile on their face.

My mother is 97yrs old and fiercely independent. After a fall & hip replacement I insisted she had a daily visit from a carer and AcreCare manager gently convinced her of the importance. The girls who came each day were efficient but most of all so caring and friendly, they got mum to actually look forward to the visit. After three months mums mobility improved sufficiently for her to re-assert her independence no doubt due to the help and support of the care team.

Acre Care have looked after my Mum for the last 3 years. I cannot praise them highly enough! My Mum is more than pleased with the care that she receives. We initially chose Acre Care Provider as they are local and good value for money. We have been impressed by their professionalism in all matters. Although fortunately mum does not need much hands-on care at this stage, we are delighted that her Care Provider arrives every day and carries out reassuring checks as we do not live locally.
