Emma and the team at Acre Care, Worthing have been fantastic in the home care they facilitate for my mother-in-law. They go the extra mile in trying to provide consistent carers who she gets to know. They can then be proactive in raising potential issues so we can collaborate on ensuring she is supported and empowered and any problems minimised. We are so appreciative of all they do and from past experience know that not all care providers can provide this level of care.

We are incredibly grateful to AcreCare who have looked after my father ever since he first moved to Sussex with relatively conplex medical and care needs. They helped to keep him and Mum living (out of a home) which is of huge importance to us all.

I find the homecare very accommodating and caring. The manager is lovely and keeps in regular contact. The carer that visits my dad on a regular basis is lovely and kind. She helps Dad shower chats to him makes him drinks and tidies his flat which she always leaves spotless. I can’t praise her highly enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

What can I say about AcreCare? They have been fantastic in caring for my mum, doing the utmost for her care and well-being and keeping us informed as well as sorting out things for her care . The staff are very caring and friendly.

They gave a prompt response providing care for our elderly mother who needed extra help after leaving hospital. She was very impressed with the regular staff who came each day, who were cheerful, caring, and considerate.

AcreCare have great carers and office staff, always available to help and make changes last minute. The Care Planning app is helpful for seeing visit times and carer notes too. I've reviewed before but thought they're worth another 5 stars now!

My 95-year-old uncle has received excellent care. Nothing is too much trouble for Acrecare staff, whatever his problem they take a practical down to earth approach, they are mindful of his needs and dignity at all times. I cannot sing their praises high enough.

Carers and managers are always very helpful and prepared to go one step further to make a difference for the client. They are also willing to give unbiased advice. When we’ve needed to make changes they have done so in a timely manner.

I have found AcreCare Ltd to be very caring. The carers are very reliable and have a good rapport with my 95-year old mother. They have on several occasions gone beyond what has been expected from them. The support from the office is also very good and any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Their communication with me about anything they are concerned about is also speedy.
