I find the homecare very accommodating and caring. The manager is lovely and keeps in regular contact. The carer that visits my dad on a regular basis is lovely and kind. She helps Dad shower chats to him makes him drinks and tidies his flat which she always leaves spotless. I can’t praise her...

What can I say about AcreCare? They have been fantastic in caring for my mum, doing the utmost for her care and well-being and keeping us informed as well as sorting out things for her care . The staff are very caring and friendly.

AcreCare have great carers and office staff, always available to help and make changes last minute. The Care Planning app is helpful for seeing visit times and carer notes too. I've reviewed before but thought they're worth another 5 stars now!

My 95-year-old uncle has received excellent care. Nothing is too much trouble for Acrecare staff, whatever his problem they take a practical down to earth approach, they are mindful of his needs and dignity at all times. I cannot sing their praises high enough.

Carers and managers are always very helpful and prepared to go one step further to make a difference for the client. They are also willing to give unbiased advice. When we’ve needed to make changes they have done so in a timely manner.
