Karen and the team supported my sister and I through a very difficult time as we were battling to keep my dad safely at home. Karen spent a long time getting an understanding of the care that was needed and came up with a short list of carers for my sister and I to meet on line so we could find the right person to support my dad and manage a tricky live in situation with my mum. At the end of my dad's life Karen and the team went above and beyond to help us and working with the GP to get my dad safely into a hospice.

All staff/carers have been (and are) very kind and friendly.

Communication with the team was very efficient and all the carers and management were approachable and professional. We are very grateful to everyone for making a difference when we really needed it.

Everycare provided reliable and flexible support for my uncle through the final months of his life. They were understanding of the challenges he faced, his desire for independence and his need to keep control, while supporting him and making his life easier. Everycare staff were responsive, quick to respond and focused on providing personalised care rather the insisting on a "one size fits all" approach. Highly recommended.

Although I am 99 years old, I have not had to have a great deal to do with carers. Unfortunately, I had a bad accident, so at present I am unable to walk. I do medication myself, but I do find I need some help 4 times a day. I do find the cost very expensive; hopefully, in a couple of months, I may be able to walk again. I find timing is difficult sometimes for the carers because of traffic, etc. Overall, I would recommend Everycare to anyone.

Everycare have lovely ladies who come in each day for an hour. Together with their attention and my medication, results in me being very well. Would highly recommend Everycare.

My elderly mother has a really good friendly relationship with Everycare, they go above and beyond our expectations of what a Care Provider can bring to an elderly lady with complex physical disabilities and forgetfulness due to age.

The care providers always highlight to their office staff any little worry or advice, who in turn are very good at letting me know so that I can deal with a concern.

Oversight and ongoing training sessions for the carers ensure the level of excellence is maintained. The care given enabled me to recover more quickly following spinal surgery - I was extremely grateful for the encouragement given and the lifting of my morale in consequence - I would definitely recommend this small company to anyone needing care.

After being hospitalised my husband needed home help which was wonderfully fulfilled by the excellent team from Everycare (Winchester Hants). As his sole carer I was immensely grateful for the personal attention he received and the support given to me throughout several months of daily visits at times going beyond the call of duty. The carers were sensitive to his needs, generally they found something of interest to talk about whilst here in the house, which made it so much more relaxing all of us, as he slowly recovered.

Everycare are providing live in support for my mother who has undiagnosed dementia. We have had two carers to date and I feel very secure in the knowledge that my mother is being very well looked after. The Operations Director has gone above and beyond to find the right match in carers for my mother and regularly checks in to see how things are going. As I work full time it is such a relief to know my mother is in good hands and happy.

My not always easy to care for relation and friend have been looked after by Everycare for over a year. We find the management and carers respectful, helpful, personable and adaptable, accommodating the ups and downs of their characters. They listen to what we have to say, keep in contact with us relations and are always willing to give our suggestions a try. Their standards are high amongst everything going on in the house they pay close attention to making sure the the carer is the 'right fit' for the clients. We can't ask for more and would recommend Everycare to anyone who asked about them.

Everycare carers come in three times a week to support my mother who has dementia. They have been very accommodating and happy to fit in with her existing long term carer. They have provided a lovely carer at the weekends who my mum is very fond of and if we ever have any queries or changes to make its never too much trouble. This is such a relief as my brother and I both live quite a long way away from my mother. We will continue to use them for as long as we can keep my mother at home safely and happily.

Everycare provided live-in day and night care support, to our elderly friend. Sadly, owing to the poor mental health of our friend, this arrangement proved very awkward for him to accept. However, Everycare tried hard to make the plan work, right from the start of the arrangement, through to its completion. The staff were always trained, friendly and focused on giving the care our friend needed, despite the mental health issues making the situation difficult. The staff raised health issues promptly and directly with the doctor's surgery, arranged the necessary medical visits, and kept us informed of any developments or changes. They cooked and cleaned for our friend, and made a big difference to his home, keeping it fresh and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Everycare again if the need ever arises.

Everycare provided kind, experienced and well-trained nurses. They always arrived on time and got on very well with my parents. They helped my father wash and dress; they also did the ironing, changed the sheets, made teas and coffees, and took my mother shopping. I strongly recommend Everycare.

Some companies lose sight of the customer, prioritising profits over care needs. When that occurs, one sees over-engineered processes and inflexible, unhappy staff. Everycare aren’t like that. They don’t compromise on care. Their culture is being supportive, pragmatic and proactive; from highly visible and contactable management, right through to those carers on the front-line responding to every little detail of Mum’s constantly changing care needs. Securing a company to care for the needs of elderly parents is a challenging and worrying time. We were fortunate to find Everycare and I fully recommend them as one of the best care providers around.

I met numerous carers during my visits and found them all to be friendly, respectful and focused on the welfare of my parents which culminated in 24 hour care which was excellent. As a son, I always felt content in the knowledge that they were well cared for and would not hesitate in recommending this agency.

We have only recently started using Everycare to help with my husband's personal care each morning and evening but apart from everyone having to get used to each other, as is normal, we have been very pleased with the care given to my husband. I cannot say any more at this stage.
