Bluebird has been looking after my mum, who is living with dementia for nearly two years now. The carers have provided an exceptional level of care, and many of them are good friends of the family now. Mum and Dad wouldn't be able to stay together without them, and I think they are amazing people. The support and advice from the coordinator and the whole team in the office have been invaluable to me during some difficult times, and I am so grateful to have them.

I have always found the carers to have my mums best interests at heart. They have always been kind and helpful towards her, albeit she can be difficult at times. Also, the office staff have always been helpful with their advice.

We have used Bluebird for several years now. The permanent carer has been fabulous, committed and loyal to the family. Bluebird is always available for advice, although they are more geared to short term care I feel. The invoices are sometimes inaccurate and need monitoring. The holiday cover carers have varied in quality.

More recently, my mother has needed 24/7 live-in care and at quite short notice. The manager came to visit Mum and helped to explain how 24/7 care would work and how she was going to choose the right person for the role. I am so pleased to say that we are all thrilled with Mum's new live-in carer.
The office staff are very approachable too, and especially, during Covid-19 have worked hard to ensure good levels of care often at short notice too. Bravo!
Bluebird Care has provided professional care for my elderly parents for more than five years. The carers have been uniformly kind, thoughtful and efficient. Their commitment to my father during the pandemic has been enormously impressive and neither he nor I could have managed without them.
My mother is a complex case being blind, deaf with advanced dementia now bed-bound too. They match staff to my mother's needs swapping if not a good fit. Providing good care but also providing staff that will sing to my mother and with her to provide that extra bit of personal care to give my mother some joy in her difficult situation, is just one example of how they match staff to my mother's needs. They are totally on top of my mother's medical needs.
The care provided by the Bluebird Care team for my parents is excellent. The carers not only support my parents and brighten their day, but their detailed notes about how my parents are doing when they visit, help me manage their care and help me stop worrying as much. The office team are prompt in contacting me if there is an issue. As care requirements will increase, I know the team will be able to support me and my parents.
Good timekeeping and consistently good care to my mum. Reasonable prices and good contact with the staff, who deal with all matters promptly in a professional and courteous way. I would recommend this company to all who value their loved one's care and I have a high level of trust in the carers.
I left my wish list with them and asked for them to email over the next day or so, Once at home that evening I had a detailed email along with contact details should I wish to proceed which we did after consulting with family members and mum. Mum loves the care team but sometimes gets confused as she has dementia but all it takes is a call to me and once I have spoken to the amazing team it's all sorted. I have always been informed of any concerns between the team and mum.
Also, the support staff from the Bluebird office have been extremely helpful, given advice, follow up information and if needed day to day updates on mums condition.

Every carer who came to help my mother was kind, caring and patient. They also understood how hard the situation was for me and did everything they could to help me as well.
We have used Bluebird Care for the last few months for my mother. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful - this includes the admin staff as well as the supervisors and the carers. My mother loves her twice-daily visits. The management of the service is very efficient and extremely caring. I feel that they really listen to what we want/need and go out of their way to provide it.

Bluebird Care (Eastbourne & Wealden) have been a great service for my grandmother. I was struggling to meet all her needs by myself and the care she has received twice a day has been excellent. The agency is very well organised and run. Communication is particularly good. Carers are very kind and respectful to my gran and despite her initial worries about having carers she now appreciates the service.
