Excellent all round service. Carers are efficient, friendly, caring, polite and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The office staff are also very helpful and polite and very good when I need to change visit times. We always get a rota for the following week in plenty of time which is very helpful. We would definitely recommend Bluebird without hesitation.
Bluebird Care has been amazing. This is the first time we have had to use any care service and I can not recommend it highly enough. Bluebird have been so helpful when I didn’t know what to do.
Very good communication as to which carer is attending each day.
Very helpful and accommodating when I explained that I needed to change the timings of the carers coming into visit my parents.
Carers are very good especially relating to my mum's needs.
Bluebird has cared for my elderly Mum for almost twelve months now and during that time they have been very supportive and helpful. The carers are punctual and do a good job. They are pleasant and caring and seem to be caring for my Mum's needs as appropriate. The office staff is always helpful and supportive too. In recent times with the current threat of Coronavirus, carers have continued to support my Mum well, wearing the correct personal protection equipment and regular hand washing. These times have been worrying and anxious for all but we as a family have put our trust in Bluebird and their carers. Having access to Open Pass has also been very reassuring. Keep up the good work.
I was initially bedridden and because of the care and attention if all the carers who come I now feel much better, confident and capable of getting up and out of bed myself. I thank them every day for all their services, caring and attention. I highly recommend what they do in all situations. They are cheerful, friendly and very kind, sympathetic and helpful always. Thank you so much.
The Bluebird Carers have always provided an excellent service giving us, the extended family who don't live close by, peace of mind knowing that Mum is being looked after every day. Since lockdown the carers, one in particular, have gone beyond the call of duty, collecting prescriptions, doing the essential food shopping and more importantly supporting my Dad as well, even though Mum is the official service user, by reminding him to look after himself during these difficult times, it has been a great help, particularly as they are both so vulnerable and we can't visit other than through a window. Thank you, everyone, at Bluebird Care for continuously providing an excellent essential service.
Bluebird has been caring for my mother and father since March of this year. They both suffer from dementia and need 4 calls per day. I swapped from another care provider because I wasn't happy with the level of care. So far I have been very impressed with Bluebird in all aspects of my parents' care. The carers are very friendly and efficient at doing their job. They let me know if they find any health problems with mum and dad. The office staff are also very efficient at flagging any problems to the relevant authorities. They are also easy to contact and very reassuring when I need help. I am extremely grateful to the whole team because dealing with two parents is extremely stressful for me at times and they are always at the end of the phone if I need them.
Unfortunately, cut short due to another fall but will use again when better.
Gives peace of mind.
I have been very happy with the care provided. The carers are very helpful and pleasant.
All carers are very helpful and are willing to help in every way.
Bluebird always goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic care delivered. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend Bluebird to family and friends.
Satisfied and good service.
All the staff are great and very understanding.
Bluebird Care came into our lives and relieved us of our worries. Thank you.
Enjoy talking to carer. Very happy with care. Thank you.
'Bluebird' give a very satisfactory service which I am very pleased with. Carers are all extremely pleasant and caring and a pleasure to have them coming into your home.
Bluebird have been nothing but supportive since the first phone call I made to them enquiring about their services. They have endeavoured to accommodate all the increasing support we needed over the weeks. From the initial assessment meeting to the ongoing business of arranging rotas, the administrative personnel were professional, efficient, patient and reassuring. The carers themselves were all, without fail, punctual, compassionate, friendly, incredibly competent and made the whole family feel our father was in good hands. The fact that Dad felt this too, was the most important thing.
One particular carer has been outstanding!
Experience is very good. Carers are very kind and helpful. Wouldn't want to be without them.
I can't praise Bluebird Care (Stafford) enough. The care for my wife is friendly and professional. They are flexible to fit in with our needs and have been a 'Godsend' to me.
