Very happy with the excellent service we receive.
Very please with Bluebird Carers professionalism and care.
We have never had cause for any concerns in over 1 years association. The staff (carers) are punctual, caring and engaged. the administrative staff have always been efficient and communicate well.
All the carers have provided and have been kind, polite and helpful. As my needs have changed we would very much like to increase the care provided to 5 24hr solid care episodes, probably within the next 2 months. The office/management team have always been helpful, polite and reassuring.
I am very happy being with Bluebird Care Stafford. They look after me, they treat me with respect and dignity. They help me decide what's best for me. They listen to problems I may have and help solve them.
Office staff always pleasant and help me. All the staff are cheerful and friendly but not inquisitive or intrusive. Appear clean, tidy and professional. Had to come to terms with many tattoos but not judgemental. Personal care usually good and preserve dignity, but not housekeeping. I get the impression most don't understand the difference between maintaining skills and rehabilitation.
Have been using Bluebird for 12 months and their service and care is excellent. My husband needs help with meds and personal care and nothing is too much trouble. Their after-hours service gives us peace of mind. They attend regularly, very prompt, professional a caring. We would highly recommend.
Not finished a full year yet! But so far so good. Most helpful with advice about external matters which make quite a difference to present-day life in the shadow of Coivd-19. We shall all be pressing on I'm sure.
Gives independence but with support. Reliable, efficient carers. Used many other agencies over the years and Bluebird are the best. Staff always in uniform, wear gloves, apron and masks. Highly recommend Bluebird.
We have peace of mind that Mum is being looked after each morning. We as a family are satisfied with the care provided and Mum gets on well with her care team. We have no worries about the care and support being provided.
The carers are lovely and arrive on time, although they care for my husband they always have time to talk to me. They ask if there is anything else that they can do for me. They're always pleasant both to me and my husband, especially my husband as he has Alzheimer's. They have obviously been trained.
The girls who were once carers have become friends - they know about my family and (being nosey) I know about their families. In fact, it is a great situation all round. I can't praise Bluebird enough and I look forward every day to seeing who is going to come. Thank you, all of you for your help. Take care, us oldies need you!
I can honestly say I would highly recommend Bluebird Stafford. They look after my Uncle with so much care, respect and dignity. They have tailor suited his care needs. All the care staff go above and beyond and all have wonderful characters. I believe they treat my Uncle as if he was their own parent, and we can ask for no more. Thank you to all of the team for everything you do. As I have said before you are all Angels.
Generally excellent service, Carers very competent at their duties. Occasional difficulties of carer are new and not yet familiar with my needs/routine. The office admin staff are able to offer time flexibilities if I have medical or other appointments.
I have found the service provided by Bluebird to be excellent. The carers can't do enough to look after my mother. She is able to stay in her own home which without this level of care she would not be able to do. They have also eased the burden on me and I am reassured by their presence that my mother is being well cared for. The support provided by the Head Office is also first-class by carrying out such activities as calling the GP, arranging prescriptions, making referrals to other agencies etc all of which makes my own life easier.
Living 60 miles away and therefore not being able to see her every day it is Bluebird's twice-daily visits which give me the reassurance that she is well and looking after herself properly. I speak to Mum on the telephone every day but it is not always easy to gauge how she is feeling - but the ladies (and chap) from Bluebird see her twice a day and can see immediately if she if off colour or feeling low.
Most importantly however - given that my mum is adamant that she will not move from where she has lived all her life - just knowing that she is not isolated and that she sees a friendly face at least twice a day. Often a chat about the latest news or the weather is all she needs to make her day a good one.
I value Bluebird greatly as find all the staff to be caring and approachable and always willing to do anything to help ease the pressure of looking after my mum.
Treated with respect. The job was done very professionally, with a sense of humour.
The carers on-call for home visits are supported by an efficient office-based team who offer excellent and knowledgeable advice relating to my parents medical needs and requirements.
In short, nothing is too much trouble, they are pleasant, friendly and reliable offering a “warm and family feeling” experience to myself (the customer) and more importantly to my mum and dad.
Simply The Best!
Dealing with the more intimate needs of a terminally ill relative can for many people be the tipping point where you need to seek the help of professional carers. I found the staff at Bluebird to be caring, responsive and empathetic when I needed it most. I have total admiration for the people who perform the service of looking after our Elderly. Without them, we would all be the poorer. You deserve all the praise you get. Thank you for looking after my mother in her final days.
I cannot praise the Bluebird carers enough. They look after my mum with compassion, care and dignity. They are always professional and cheerful and go the ' extra mile' to fulfil her needs. Communication is very good both with the carers and the office staff. If there is ever a problem it is sorted immediately. I would highly recommend Bluebird.
