Since changing to Bluebird, both my brother and I have been very happy with the service provided. It has taken away our concerns as we know that any problems will be addressed. We are so pleased we changed.

Bluebird Care is an excellent care company.

My husband has been cared for by them for the last 12 months and has had excellent care from all the staff. They treat us like one of the family we would recommend them to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

My aunt has used Bluebird Care for some time. Recently she has deteriorated and they have stepped up to support both of us, increasing care visits with little, if any, notice. All carers are pleasant, professional and extremely kind individuals looking after my aunt as I would myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are supportive in a crisis but don't make it into a drama.

Bluebird Care (Stafford) has provided an excellent standard of care. They have repeatedly identified and informed family of safeguarding issues. They have been fully supportive in addressing these, not only in the provision of their service but in contacting and dealing with other agencies, including taking the lead in pulling together a case conference. Staff have been committed to providing care and have been dedicated to this. Would fully recommend the services offered.

The care provided to my aunt in the very first week of Bluebird's involvement was over and above that normally expected. The carer found my aunt on the floor, unable to get up, but only needed a little support. She was distressed and required some personal care too and this was provided sensitively and professionally. A big thank you to that Carer!

I have found Bluebird Care (Stafford) to be a caring compassionate organisation who take the time to listen to the opinions and feelings of both clients and relatives.

The carers go above and beyond in their interactions with my mum and my dad who is living with her and who has his own difficulties and I have peace of mind knowing who is going into the home each day.

The support service provided to my mother by all of the team from Bluebird has been extremely good. During the period of bad weather we have recently had, they still managed to provide the very high standard of support that we have had throughout the year. Something that l also find very pleasing is that each of the carers has a bit of personality about them which helps my mother remember them, they are not just a name.

The detail they go into to ensure they provide her with what she needs is a very big weight off my mind. The working relationship they have with the district nurses are great, to the point, the district nurses compliment them on the service they provide and the reporting feedback they give to the nurses. Also in the records they keep, body maps, MARS sheets etc. smoke alarms.

Bluebird looked after my parents for 7 months and this enabled them to stay in their own home. Eventually they needed 24 hour care and so have moved into a care home. The carers stayed much longer than their set times on several occasions in emergencies and dealt with many problems and difficulties. We think they did a really good job and marvelled at their patience. On the day my parents moved to the care home, tears were shed as the carers said goodbye. The carers had clubbed together to give Christmas presents to my parents, items that will be useful to them in their new home.

These guys are amazing! My mother was in hospital after an operation for weeks when fit to come home. Bluebird went out of their way to home assess and create a comprehensive care plan in order to get her home for Christmas with a full care package (one of the worst packages to cover).

They had everything sorted within days and the carers have been fantastic with Mother who can be stubborn and was quite emotional after her ordeal at the hospital. I can't thank the manager, admin and carers enough for going out of their way for someone they didn't know. Everyone is lovely and it really is a family atmosphere, it is a pleasure to welcome them into our home and we trust them implicitly. Very highly recommended.
