Bluebird Care Bromsgrove and Redditch

Thank you all for your excellent care of my sister whilst she was still at home, the carers and staff were very professional and caring towards her, at the time she was against going into a care home and the carers used to see her every day and cook her a hot meal, she went into care in July and the team were very helpful in assisting us to do this whilst I was unable to do so myself. Excellent service would highly recommend it.

The Bluebird team have been caring for Mum for just over a year, and during that time, they have provided an excellent care package that can be tailored to her changing needs. The staff are all professional, friendly and caring, ensuring Mum’s dignity is maintained at all times. Mum does not want to go into a care home, and the Bluebird care package has enabled us to look after her at home. It took me a long time to accept we needed help, and thanks to positive word of mouth and recommendations from friends, we went with Bluebird, and we’re so pleased we did!

The management and provision of care for my very poorly father was excellent as was the care and consideration shown to us; his family. The assistance we received in dealing with the NHS to secure their support in his treatment and care was also first-class. Thank you to all at Bluebird.

My husband was expertly cared for during his last months with us. He had been looked after by his carers for many years, always with kindness and dedication to his various many needs. He was always happy and contented with all aspects of his personal care. His many carers knew his needs and went about their duties with diligence and unhurried attention, which was a great help with his later stages of dementia, he was a happy gentleman. His passing was unexpected, and the carers supported me with much caring and advice. Thank you.

The experience I had with the staff and carers of Bluebird was of an excellent standard of care and support. Not just to my father but to all of my family. My father had always been a dignified and humble gentleman, and he was treated with absolute respect and consideration by all of the staff who met him. They explained everything to him and were so very patient with him and my siblings. I will never be able to express the gratitude I have for them all in caring for dad in his last few months.

The carers that carried out home visits for my mom were always very polite and respectful, friendly and cheerful, helpful and diligent. There is a pretty good backup service too, which is very much appreciated when there is a problem. I very rarely hear Mom complain about the ladies at Bluebird and that's no mean achievement, let me tell you.

We have had very positive experiences with Bluebird Care throughout the time they have been involved in both our parent's care needs. They endeavour to find ways around unexpected situations. They keep us informed of any changes they need to make. It is reassuring for us as a family that they report back to us if they think our dad is unwell and give him the person-centred care of following his wishes. We are pleased with all the carers that attend to our dad, they do a marvellous job.

We could not keep my parents-in-law at home without them, as they wish, especially as they would not be released from hospital without a care plan in place. Through the Covid pandemic, when we were miles away they continued to come in and look after my parents-in-law and cheer them up. We are so grateful and thank them for their hard work and care and for putting up with bad behaviour and stress. They are so appreciated!

Bluebird Care Bromsgrove and Redditch have looked after my Grandmother for more than 7 years and had recently taken over care of my late-Grandfather as well. I couldn't fault the care and diligence of all involved from Management through to the Carers. The team have fully supported both my Grandparents in terms of care and any adaptations required with my Mum and myself very often in communication with Bluebird on a daily/weekly basis. Both my Grandparents are extremely fond of the Carers and look upon them as extended family - which is something that makes Bluebird go above and beyond in terms of the service they provide. The care, attitude and professionalism of the carers is outstanding and we are very fortunate to have them on board with caring for my Grandmother who does require a higher level of care. Thank you from myself and my family for all that you continue to do and support us - especially over the past 2 months.

Care provided is excellent and always available staff to talk to when required. Very good at putting in place any individual requirements at a drop of a hat. Very good at notifying you of any issues or problems found so that immediate action can be implemented. I personally have found Bluebird (all staff) extremely friendly and caring to all needs. An invaluable service provided to our mom who has mixed dementia and is always treated with the utmost dignity.

We were at breaking point when we approached Bluebird for assistance. Their input has proved to be invaluable and has allowed us to honour our brother’s wishes to be cared for at home.
