Bluebird Care has been looking after Mum really well now for several years. As we struggle through Lockdown 3 Mum has remained positive and upbeat. Part of the reason for that has been the care and support she has received from her regular bi-weekly visits from the Bluebird Carers. She finds them 'excellent' and 'very pleasant and she is reassured by their presence saying 'I am not worried about falling'. I have been the main point of contact concerning Mum's welfare with the Bluebird Care office - either by phone or email. They have always responded quickly and been very helpful.

Bluebird Care has continued to provide care for the whole of the Covid year to a high standard using PPE and we have had no problems what so ever. My Uncle and I could not manage without them. I would recommend them highly.

Nearly all carers have been very good. Just one or two were not up to standard. They are always very helpful and kind. I have never had so many compliments in my entire life as I have had from Bluebird carers and helpful suggestions.
Turnover of staff appears high but is probably in line with the industry.

The standard of care to my wife was very good and was delivered with efficiency and good humour.
We are very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care to my mother. They are always very accommodating and helpful with any problems or extra help that we need. The same team of ladies visit my mother on a regular basis, therefore they know her well, and know when something is wrong or she is unwell. They contact us via text or telephone should they have any concerns regarding my mother, and have in the past called the emergency services when my mother was unwell and stayed with her until we arrived to take over. They are always polite and helpful and I would recommend them highly.

Jonathan’s family have worked in the social care sector for nearly 40 years. Before Bluebird Care, Jonathan spent most of his career in account management servicing large multinationals within the IT and Telecoms sector. Vanessa is a trained therapist with 15 years of experience in providing health and beauty treatments and managing key accounts. Together, they share a passion for quality and for ‘getting things right’ for their customers.
Their winning formula has been to care for their customers by caring for their team. Recruiting and retaining the very best people, who possess the gifts of kindness, compassion and selflessness, has been the bedrock of their service.

Kayley has been with Bluebird Care for just over 6 years, starting as our Care Coordinator. Her philosophy is very much to care for her Customers by caring for her team. She is kind and supportive of everyone and is propelled by a deep sense of getting things right for our customers. Kayley has built a great team around her, all of whom started as care assistants and have been with the business for many years.
Bibiana, affectionately known as Bibi, joined Bluebird Care as a part-time carer while balancing a Sainsbury's role. It didn’t take long for her to discover that her true passion lay in care work, leading her to become a part of our Bluebird Care team, full-time. Now, as Field Care Supervisor, Bibi plays a crucial role in the office and in the field. Her leadership, kindness and dedication make her an indispensable team member. Her positive energy and commitment always shine through, and she's a key in supporting customers who affectionately see her as part of their extended family.
Ilona joined Bluebird Care in January 2022 as a part-time carer while completing her bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Her dedication, warmth, and passion for supporting independent living have been clear from the very beginning. She loves helping customers remain comfortable in their own homes, listening to their stories, and making their daily lives as easy and enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, Ilona enjoys being a proud mum and wife, travelling, and discovering new places.
Debi is our Marketing Coordinator and brings many years of experience from the advertising, direct marketing and communications industry to continually keep our presence and marketing fresh and relevant.
