The Live-in care service is completely personalised to each individual customer and provides the ultimate in safety and protection.

Carers generally smart and visiting times adhered to. The limited English of some staff may require interpretation.
Turnover of staff appears high but is probably in line with the industry.
Rates and bills provided promptly. Efficient back office staff.

We are very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care to my mother. They are always very accommodating and helpful with any problems or extra help that we need. The same team of ladies visit my mother on a regular basis, therefore they know her well, and know when something is wrong or she is
unwell. They contact us via text or telephone should they have any concerns regarding my mother, and have in the past called the emergency services when my mother was unwell and stayed with her until we arrived to take over. They are always polite and helpful and I would recommend them highly.

Prior to Bluebird Care, Jonathan spent most of his career in account management servicing large multinationals within the IT and Telecoms sector. Vanessa is a trained therapist with 15 years of experience in providing health and beauty treatments and managing key accounts. Together they share a passion for quality and for ‘getting things right’ for their customers.

Rhiann had over three years of experience in social care when she joined us in Jan 2022 as a Care Assistant. We quickly noticed her professional and polished approach to all aspects of her role, and she was promoted to her current role soon after joining us. Rhiann combines excellent administrative skills with her passion for being out in the community with her team and her customers.


Rhiann spends approximately 50% of her time out in the community carrying out assessment visits for new customers who are thinking about joining our service, as well as carrying out care plan reviews for existing customers, and supporting our care team.
