Overall Experience
I have a team of 4, one has only joined us after a hiatus of losing one member. I receive excellent care and they work as a team of 3 until recently. Support clients and each other covering holidays etc within the team.
I didn't like when agency staff came, they did not wear PPE and did not stay...
I have a team of 4, one has only joined us after a hiatus of losing one member. I receive excellent care and they work as a team of 3 until recently. Support clients and each other covering holidays etc within the team.
I didn't like when agency staff came, they did not wear PPE and did not stay their allocated time.
I didn't like when agency staff came, they did not wear PPE and did not stay their allocated time.
Another carer who fills in does not wear a uniform and only gloves - don't like it when the carer only uses gloves with no apron - do not like it.

My mum has been using Everycare for 13 months and I can not recommend them highly enough. We had previously used two other companies in Edinburgh and were always let down by carers being late or not turning up. Everycare are so reliable and trustworthy and the four carers that my mum sees are so dedicated and caring. They are fantastic and take huge pride in their work. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones.

From the start Everycare provided one key carer who comes most of the time. She has proved to be smart, cheerful, competent and caring. others who come are also good and standards of reliability and punctuality are high. We are happy to recommend Everycare.
