Another carer who fills in does not wear a uniform and only gloves - don't like it when the carer only uses gloves with no apron - do not like it.

My mum has been using Everycare for 13 months and I can not recommend them highly enough. We had previously used two other companies in Edinburgh and were always let down by carers being late or not turning up. Everycare are so reliable and trustworthy and the four carers that my mum sees are so dedicated and caring. They are fantastic and take huge pride in their work. The service provided by the staff of Everycare is of a very high standard. Carers carry out their tasks efficiently and in a very professional manner. On occasion, they offer advice in a helpful, polite way at when it is sought. We are indebted to them for making such a difference to our lives. We are very pleased with all who attend.
