I have been using Bluebird for many years for domestic services & now have increased our use for personal care for my sick wife. The services I have received has been outstanding & I would recommend them to anyone, indeed have done so many times.

Overall Experience
My husband is nil by mouth, peg fed and has mobility issues. In March, I had my gallbladder out. I booked carers for two days, evening and morning, thinking that was enough, I hadn't realised how incapacitated the op would make one and how I'd struggle.

I contacted Bluebird Care and they quickly arranged cover for another four days so that I could relax and recuperate. The girls were on time, very efficient and prepared and gave his medication perfectly. They chatted with him all the time and also checked how I was coping. Well done Bluebird.

Overall Experience

The carers have very good and helpful to my dad. He has got a lot better and is doing more for himself. The regular visits of people/carers is keeping Dad stimulated.

On the whole, a reliable caring service. Honest and hardworking carers. Charges can be high at weekends and bank holidays.

All the carers are very good with my husband. Both kind and gentle. My husband is happy with the care that he is receiving and he gets quite chatty with some of them (he is not chatty at the best of times). As long as my husband is happy then I am happy. We would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone. Very good service.

Great service. The carers are exceptional offering friendly, happy emotional services. Although my mum has limited speech they treat her as though she is a normal 59-year-old, which I now means a lot to her. The small gestures like a kiss on the forehead or a hug put a huge smile on her face and I appreciate that very much.

Thanks to everyone at Bluebird Care Gravesham and Dartford. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Support staff in the office are always happy to help. The carers have become invaluable to me; listening, helping and putting in place whatever they can do to help both Mum and myself. The carers visiting Mum are simply the best and we thank you all.

Personal care carried out well. Helpful in domestic tasks. Available to help with care tasks during the day. Live-in care post-hospital discharge was good and helped with the transition from hospital to home.

I have been with Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford receiving domiciliary care, for 7 years now and In that time have only received excellent care. Overall Experience

I'm generally pleased with the care I receive. My carers arrive each morning on time and go through my normal routine thoroughly. They always ask if there is anything else I need and seem happy to complete any extra task such as hair wash etc. I'm pleased that recently I have received weekly rotas (emailed), as I used to do and have not been informed of changes which may not be possible. The office are always polite and helpful.

Neville chose to join the Bluebird Care team after a desire to change careers. With a degree in marketing and media, he also had a passion for giving back and wanted to put that at the centre of his career. In his role as Care Supervisor, Neville is now able to spend time giving back to the community. He loves helping others and providing support not just to our customers, but also to his colleagues as they deliver much-needed support.

Donna joined Bluebird Care in September 2021 as a Care Professional, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector. I joined Bluebird Care on the 8th of December 2025. I joined Bluebird because I used to work as a care assistant for a previous company a few years ago, which is where I started my career in care at the age of 18/19. I have worked in supported living for the majority of my healthcare journey, especially during COVID-19. In 2024, I joined a company that provided care to children with special and complex needs as their supervisor, which I enjoyed at the time, and I really learned a lot during my time there.

However, I missed the interaction and passion that came with providing care to the elderly. I'm grateful to Bluebird for taking a chance on me. I am now a few months away from turning 30 in August and also expecting my firstborn child in a few months, which I am excited about but also very nervous about. I am looking forward to motherhood, and I am grateful for the support system I have. I pray that God gives my husband and me the ability to raise this child in his guidance and to provide them with a comfortable life that we didn’t have growing up.

The reason Liz chose to work in healthcare is that she enjoys making a difference to people's lives. Having worked in a managerial role with Bluebird Care for four years and completed a level five qualification in Health and Social Care, Liz brings a wealth of experience to the role of Live in Care Manager. Liz works closely with the office team in supporting our live-in staff and customers, and visits our live-in care staff weekly to provide support. Also being passionate about providing our customers with an extremely high quality of support, Liz is extremely dedicated to her role and enabling our customers to remain at home for as long as possible.

Tracey has been a member of our team at Bluebird Care for over 6 years, starting her career as a Care Professional before progressing to her role as Care Supervisor.
