I have been in Health and social care since 1995 in the Greater London area. I started before that as a homecare in Canada. I started with a company called reliance care as a care coordinator managing a desk for residential homes and social workers in Croydon and surrounding areas. I have been in management roles since 2004 and have also worked as a trainer in social care and a risk assessor. In my last post I had recently moved to Kent and dealt with complex domiciliary social care with customers from both private and social services. They required both care professionals and nurses to support them in their own homes. I am very passionate and dedicated to ensuring that I work for a company that never compromises on the highest quality care having experience both good and bad care myself for family members both past and present.
