Since starting my care package with Bluebird Care agency I have had exceptional care. I met with Kayleigh, care coordinator pre commencement and she was able, straight away to reassure me and plan for my care on a daily basis. Each of the carers that I have met have been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very kind and valuing when I ramble on about my worries, fears and concerns, so that by the time they leave, I am in a much calmer head space. Each of the carers, Julie, Maddie and Jackie are attentive, encouraging and enabling and ensure that I have taken my due medications during each visit, which is such a peace of mind to my family. I met with Kayleigh and Genine today to discuss and plan for the assistance in my going swimming once a week. I am so looking forward to this, as I have never dreamed I'd be able to + without their support it would not have been feasible.

Bluebird Care have been caring for my Dad since January this year. Having used other service providers who were good I just can't believe the difference with Bluebird Care. They make me feel every part of my Dads journey.

From the moment I enquired, to the care he is now receiving enables me to relax and know that he is in caring hands. He has the same carers who visit and the thing that I really like is he will always meet the carers first.

I have noticed such a difference in my dad, they even make my mum feel welcome. They treat both my Dad and Mum with compassion and respect.

They are so down to earth, I've walked in with them singing and hearing my parents laugh, that's priceless! I'm so grateful to all the staff.

My Dad started off 5 years ago requiring care twice a day and all the carers were brilliant, arrived on time and carried out the caring duties in such a respectful manner. Then 3 years ago Dads needs changed and he required 24 hour care. Bluebird sourced two carers to care and live with Dad on 4 week shifts. They have been brilliant enabling Dad to live at home comfortably and happily for the twilight years of his life. Thank you to Robert and Lisa for making this all possible.

I cannot express enough how kind, helpful and supportive all the employees of this care service are. They are always at the end of a phone at any time. All the carers I've met have all been friendly and respectful.

I can't thank "Bluebird" enough for the support & care they give to my mum. They alert me if any problems occur & support me if I need to inform a medical team about my mum. I have used other agencies but "Bluebird" are far more involved & understanding of the needs of my mum and provides me with the support I need; I have never had that before. Thank you to everyone at "Bluebird".

The office staff are good with communication, letting me know when things need to be addressed. They are approachable and accommodating and available all the time.

The carers are reliable and carry out any tasks with the patients needs in mind in a friendly and helpful manner.

Bluebird was already attending a lady in the block of flats where my mother-in-law was a resident. I spoke to her and her daughter about the company and she gave a glowing report so I contacted them and arranged for carers to start at really short notice. My mother-in-law was discharged from hospital on 22nd October and carers started on 23rd October. The caring ladies who came to attend to her were extremely polite, friendly and greeted her with warm smile on every visit which she reciprocated. All of the staff and especially the managerial team, treated us with dignity and respect during an extremely difficult time in our lives. Sadly mother-in-law passed away on 3rd November.

The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. My sisters and I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you all for everything you all did for Mum.

Management was always available and gave invaluable support and advice, particularly regarding other services able to help in our situation. Bluebird carers and management gave an excellent service.
