The care for Mum was exceptional, we were so pleased that we swapped care companies to Bluebird when we did. Every single member of staff should be so proud of themselves, as they are a credit to the care profession. I know that Mum enjoyed her time with all of the carers she came into contact with. My sisters and I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all. On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you all for everything you all did for Mum.

Bluebird Care carers cared for Mum, enabling her to remain at home until the end of her life. The carers were kind, friendly and treated Mum with dignity and respect. Support was also given to the family through a very difficult time. Management was always available and gave invaluable support and advice, particularly regarding other services able to help in our situation. Bluebird carers and management gave an excellent service. Bluebird provided excellent care for Mum before she passed. I had no hesitation on asking them to provide care for Dad. The care they give is amazing. They treat Dad with great dignity and respect and take the time to actually get to know him as a person. As Bluebird did with Mum, they are guiding us though as a family, so Dad can be as happy, comfortable and safe as possible. Their support to us as a family is second to none. I trust them implicitly.

Bluebird Care have supported my mother and in turn us for over a year. The individual carers show genuine care and concern, obviously, understand my mother as an individual person with her little quirks and have made us feel that she is in good hands. Each time I have needed to amend her care they have done their best to accommodate and my calls to the office team have been like talking to me as a friend, not just a client. These things may seem small but when you work full time having the carer team also offer family support is in my opinion invaluable. I have already passed on my thanks to the team.

From the initial contact with the administration team in the office, to the follow-up support provided by the carers on the death of our father, Bluebird excelled. Our father required a live-in carer and four additional carers to help with his additional needs. Every carer showed not only great professionalism and expertise but understanding, compassion, kindness and love.
