Overall Experience

I have been with Bluebird for several months and enjoy meeting new staff. The staff pay attention to our wishes and will swap carers if we suggest a change of carer would be appreciated. I always ring and ask which Bluebird is coming so I can plan my cleaning or shopping plan. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Always professional and kind to my brother. Have worked to gain his trust, nothing is too much trouble. Always assisting with any requests for taking out on day trips and doctors appointments.

Have been using Bluebird Care agency for nearly a year, for care for my mother. The company and all carers are always there for all of my mother's needs and do all tasks required. I have no problems getting hold of any managers if I need more help or any questions. Would definitely recommend Bluebird Care agency.

Overall Experience

Well-trained, generally experienced care workers who work hard and treat elderly parents with care and respect. Undertake personal care and housework. Arrive promptly and work the full-time. Contact with the office is good. Given the high level of performance, I consider this to be good value for money.

From the initial contact by telephone to Bluebird Care, the visit to asses my personal needs and requirements and the placement of wonderful carers, my experience has been one of care, courtesy and consideration by all members of staff. All of the carers went above and beyond in the care of Mum. They were so polite and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Mum loved all of the carers, and they all were fond of her. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Bluebird looks after my husband four hours per week on a Wednesday and Thursday. He gets on ever so well with his carer, and also, Bluebird made sure he has the same person because he doesn't like change. Also, any changes that I need to know; they are ever so good at letting me know.

Very impressed with the care, the different personalities, and the kindness of the staff. They have been a godsend and life-changing. I have been able to spend time with my husband at the end of his life without worrying about cleaning, washing etc. I find when I know something needs doing it's usually already done!.

Bluebird has recently started with my dad and I can honestly say all the girls are lovely, understanding, very professional and most importantly have my dads needs at the forefront. My dad is also very happy with his care needs and the encouragement given to him.

Without the lovely Bluebird girls, our last moments wouldn't have been as special as they were. The team always come in good spirits and gave the best care to my nan. Regardless of nans ability they always spoke to her. All of the heartache of the process has turned into memories we will treasure forever.
