My mother had been having support from Bluebird Care for quite a long time, just one hour a week, to help her with tasks such as ironing, hoovering, changing bed linen etc. She enjoyed their company, and found the girls pleasant and easy company to chat to, and looked forward to their visits. When she
was taken ill, however, they were exceptional. They willingly stayed with her, looking after her, offering reassurance, and liaising with medical teams and family. They later attended her funeral. Truly above and beyond.

Bluebird in Hatfield are great. Often, it can be daunting to think about people coming into your home - but when you need it, you need it. Bluebird have been with my Mum for a year and it's so reassuring to know that someone is going in daily. In January, they really came through by making sure that
Mum had access to a doctor when she was ill. I came to see her but in the meantime, Bluebird were there for us. Great service.

Our children had been saying for some time that I needed help to ease the burden on their dad.
Our older son did the research and came up with Bluebird Care.

The carers are all very nice, they often go above and beyond for me. Whenever I have a problem, even if it's not related to the care they will always help me out. They are currently helping me with moving property, due to it not being safe or suitable for myself anymore.

I have been with Bluebird for several months and enjoy meeting new staff. The staff pay attention to our wishes and will swap carers if we suggest a change of carer would be appreciated. I always ring and ask which Bluebird is coming so I can plan my cleaning or shopping plan. All in all, a pleasant
