I have received excellent service from Caremark, from the initial assessment meeting with the manager and all the visits I have received from the staff. They are hard-working, very friendly and will do anything I ask them to do to help me.

Overall Experience
I have had very good care from this agency and would have them again. I have felt very safe and all the carers are friendly with me, so I have been able to ask questions etc.

I would gladly use the agency again but hope it won't be necessary for a while.

Overall Experience

Caremark came highly recommended and they do not disappoint. All of the carers who visit are professional, reliable, efficient and thorough. However, most of all they are friendly and engage with my friend creating a supportive relationship. It's a huge relief to know that Caremark are involved and ready to help. Communications with the management team have also been excellent, happy to recommend Caremark Solihull for anyone who needs care and support.

Excellent care company from management to my carers, all my carers are professional and considerate. All my carers create a relaxed atmosphere and always put me at ease. I suffer from anxiety but my carers will make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to all my carers.

From the very beginning Caremark (Solihull) have been an amazing service provider. Initial meeting with one member of staff was thorough, with everything explained and they took their time to listen to the needs of my mother. The carers they provided did a fantastic job with the care and development of my mother who suffered a severe brain stroke. We requested to have the same carer for my mother and Caremark (Solihull) did everything within their power to meet our request. The carer did an amazing job and really helped my mothers development. The carers did not just come and perform their duties but ensured they provided their care with a smile. I had all the confidence in their care abilities for my mother and I would not look anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend Caremark (Solihull).

For anyone looking for a reliable friendly care agency with exceptional, professional and devoted staff look no further. Their expertise and kindness shown whilst caring for my mother has gone above and beyond, and believe me after having experiences with numerous other care agencies, these cannot be beaten. The girls are like family members (and have become that close), and the manager is very approachable and more than willing to answer any queries or worries you may have which goes a long way to ensure your confidence and trust. Do I recommend? 100%.

My mom has been receiving home care following a fall where she broke her hip. It is the first time she has not been able to do things for herself and was wary about having people in her home. She feels comfortable with the carers from Caremark and any issues she has had have been quickly resolved.

Sonjha Young

Sonjha has worked within Health and Social Care for 7 years and has been a Carer, Care Coordinator and Registered Care Manager. Sonjha said, “I have always found it very rewarding to work in social care and always maintain a constant focus on high-quality care delivery and customer service.

Sonjha has completed her level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care, level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management, Level 2 in The Principles of Dementia Care and many other distance learning courses to further her skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector. As well as a trained trainer in Medication Administration, Dementia, End of Life, Moving and Handling of people, Safeguarding Adults, Basic Life Support and CPR as well as being a Mental Health First Aider.

Sonjha is confident that she can bring her skills, knowledge and experience gained over the years together with her passion for high-quality care and support to the forefront of the business to help Caremark Solihull strive to become the provider of choice within the Solihull borough.
