The staff are kind and considerate also put the clients needs first. They are very calm and effective and don't need guiding to the needs of the person in their care first class. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind review. We're pleased to hear that our team's calm, compassionate, and person-centred approach made a positive impression. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Very good care given nice people come to see me.
My carers are excellent friendly and professional.
Overall the carer is good, the carers need to be consistent, so know what mums need/requirements.
excellent care and very understanding of the clients needs ,
Reliable & good carers who treat my brother with respect.
Was referred to SureCare by the local adult social care system. This is the first time that I have had any carers, so I do not have a real basis for comparison, but, my experience with all the carers from this service has been very positive. They have been aiding me with upkeep of the house and with my mental health difficulties, in particular, the social anxiety part of my mental health issues, by providing a couple of hours of company. They also aid me with my attempts to get out of my house by going on walks with me. The carers that I have had have all been very friendly and eager to help. They seem to be genuinely passionate about helping their clients and very understanding of the limitations of their clients with regards to mobility and mental health stability which has helped me to feel more comfortable explaining what issues that I have and what help I need.
The carers are always pleasant & understanding at times their time-keeping is a little chaotic.
I am very happy with the service I am getting.
I'm very happy with all my carers.
Very happy with carers, they make a great deal of difference to me, one is very good and I see her a lot. All lovely ladies, cannot fault any of them.
We have used Surecare previously for my father and found them to be extremely good, so didn't hesitate to use them again for my mum. They are professional, understanding and reliable, but most important of all, all of the carers and administrators are so kind and friendly that they almost feel like an extension of family. I live some distance away and this allows me to be fully reassured that they truly care about my mum and will not only contact me if there are any concerns, but will try and help me to sort these out too. A huge gold star from my family on all levels!
We have experienced on an odd occasion where one is usually quiet.
My mother was provided with a regular caregiver who she got along with very well, and this put a smile on my mother's face whenever she attended. Throughout the service provided, I had no concerns or problems and would recommend SureCare (Reading) to look after loved ones with dignity and respect.
My husband has been cared for by SureCare Reading for the last three years, and they have been extremely professional and flexible when needed. The communication has always been great; from the office team, and I was always kept up to date with any changes in care or staff. I am lucky to have SureCare caring for my husband, and I appreciate all the carers and the office do for me and my husband.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. I am pleased you are happy with the service being provided.
A reliable and thorough service that never felt rushed.
Very supportive carers and office staff who are easy to get hold of if you need them.
Thank you very much for leaving us a wonderful review.
Kind regards
No 1, they should be told to talk to their clients even they don't answer.
No 2, be patient, they have plenty of time.
No 3, explain this is not a free service. We have to pay quite a lot towards it.
No 4, without the clients, they would be out of a job.
Thank you for your review, I am pleased that you are happy with the regular care workers; in regards to the carers who are not regular, we try and keep this to a minimum and unfortunately, as discussed, care workers can not work 7 days, so you will have different carers attend to provide time off.
I would certainly recommend this care provider to anyone. They are very patient, caring and always provide a consistent standard of care. In fact, they are the first care provider that doesn't rush to go back through the front door as soon as they arrive. I have nothing but positive feedback on the level of care provided to me so far.
Very friendly and in a personal situation have helped ease the stressful burden I had previously been enduring.
Several months of care from SureCare now, and the manager and his team have really helped my Mum to stay safely at home with the support she needs. I am impressed that they can take charge of medication, assist with household tasks, take my Mum shopping, to her GP, and to her great enjoyment, take my aunt for walks around the area. As well as the regular support, and creating a very good relationship with my Mum, SureCare has responded to urgent situations well, in one case with the manager finding extra support when it was needed at short notice overnight and at the weekend. Thank you.
