After 30 years in nursing, Stephanie started Home Instead Chesterfield with her husband Nigel in 2011. As Director, she provides strategic leadership and oversight of the business, ensuring the service maintains its high standards of care and operates in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Nigel started Home Instead Chesterfield with wife Stephanie in 2011 after many years working in pharmaceutical sales and training. Part of Nigel’s role involves raising the awareness of Home Instead and the services available.
Fiona works closely with Directors Stephanie and Nigel to keep all aspects of the business running smoothly. Fiona also works alongside our Finance Manager to manage invoicing and payroll.

She leads on maintaining quality standards across all aspects of the service and delivers training to Care Professionals to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles.
