Cannot Praise the staff and Management enough their ongoing support of my Mother, she enjoys her companionship visit and the Friendship club she goes to with them. Neighbourhood care go above annd beyond always.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care Nan receives. The staff are kind, and always treat her with dignity. It has given our family real peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands. Thank you for making such a positive difference to her wellbeing.

All the carers are very kind, helpful and compassionate, with a great sense of humour, which is definitely needed with our Gran! They give our family real peace of mind knowing she is being looked after so well and stops us worrying. We truly appreciate the support and care they give her. It's only been a short time but we cannot fault them!

Always manage to be professional and at the same time have a laugh snd a joke with my dad! I am certain that without him seeing you every day his life would be very dull thats for sure .. it's the little interactions that make the difference.

Neighbourhood was introduced to Harry after experiencing difficulty with a different provider. Harry says neighbourhood care are very good, and he gets on well with the carers that come. Harry said all Staff are friendly and caring.

Fantastic care company who looked after my good friend and neighbour for many years along with her husband before he passed in 2020. The care given was outstanding and allowed her to remain at home until she passed at the beginning of this year. The carers were all so kind and the management really supportive. Would not hesitate recommending Neighbourhood Care to anyone who wants a loved one to be cared for at home with dignity and compassion.

Having dealt with other care companies in the past Neighbourhood Care is the best care company by far. They let me know if they are going to be late for their visit. They let me know if they are sending someone new. We have a lovely team that my Son has for his personal care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend Neighbourhood Care as their caregivers are thoughtful, caring people.

The care I receive is very good. The company always try and keep the same staff supporting me for continuity. The staff are very pleasant, understanding, and studious. Overall I couldn't be happier with my care.

We have used Neighbourhood Care for my mum for well over a year. Mum absolutely loves all off the ladies that attend. They are always friendly, helpful and extremely professional. My experience with neighbourhood care has been Good and I am well satisfied with the service that they provided. My carers are always pleasant and as I mostly have the same care team of approximately 6-8 carers I have got to know them all well and so I feel comfortable when they visit me. They always meet my care needs in a kind and professional way.

Very happy with mums care visits, she looks forward to visits and is very happy with service provided. All staff are friendly and professional, and always puts a smile on her face.

Everyone who comes in to care for me, always takes the time to have a chat and when Im a bit down, tell a funny story or take to make me laugh.

They arrange activities activities for their clients where they have the opportunity to socialise for companionship. We have recently received daily care for my husband from Neighbourhood Care and the experience has been excellent. We've been very impressed with the staff that we've met and consider ourselves to be very fortunate to be visited by such a caring group of people. The carers have provided wonderful care in a professional manner maintaining high standards whilst being friendly, approachable and also bringing cheerfulness to each visit. Each carer has their own unique style but all exhibit the same characteristics of kindness, respect, helpfulness and eagerness to give the best care. The carers show that the needs of the client are of paramount importance to them and they strive to ensure my husband is happy and comfortable before they leave. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the consistency in the quality of care my husband is receiving is very reassuring. This care company is aiming to give the highest standard of care.
