Neighbourhood Care

Neighbourhood care continue to be a shining example of how a care company should be for their users. Always strive to arrive in good time, make the user of the service feel more personal and talking to them and cracking jokes with them as well while providing top care consistently! If I were to recommend anywhere, it would always be Neighbourhood care.

I am very happy with the care and support I receive from neighbourhood care. They have been a great with encouraging me to get out and about. It has been a great to get help with going out to get food shopping each week. I enjoy seeing my carers they make me feel very at ease and always put a smile on my face. I look forward to the time spent with them. Thank you for everything you have done to help me.

I have no reservations at all in recommending NC to other users or their families.

Since early January 2024, the staff at Neighbourhood Care have been attending to my wife with four visits every day. Every member of staff that has attended to my wife has shown excellent knowledge of what is required of them, in a very professional but friendly way with many having their own personal touch. When later in life the unexpected happens for which we were unprepared, the continued support of the Neighbourhood Care team will help to provide much of the help that my wife needs.

Neighbourhood Care are so great supporting my dad. All the staff are absolutely lovely, so kind and caring. They assist with all day-to-day tasks, plus appointments and companionship. The level of care my mum has received has been really amazing. Mum has had care from Neighbourhood Care for almost a year now, during this time we’ve found that any issues are dealt with quickly, everyone has been supportive and caring and Mum has gotten to know her team and is very well cared for. Our family have been continuously impressed by Neighbourhood Care. The standard of support provided to Dad is exceptional and he enjoys seeing the ladies who visit. Everyone was amazing but one lady in particular, wow what a lady, she still messages checking in on me and the boys to this day! She will always have a piece of my heart and thank you for going on this rollercoaster with us! I will be forever grateful!

My mother who passed away recently was always treated with the utmost dignity and respect, they always had time for a chat and make sure mum was comfortable before leaving. I could not praise Neighbourhood Care highly enough

All the carers who assist my aunt daily have been professional and extremely kind. They keep us informed daily of her needs. Neighbourhood Care is a wonderful organisation and I recommend their services. Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt so she can remain safely in her home.

We used Neighbourhood care for my lovely father in law until his needs demanded 24-hour care and sadly we had to move him into a care home in October 2021. All the team were amazing with my father in law, he loved their visits, they would patiently listen to his army chats and even sing with him!

The communication is excellent, we had up to date information about each visit within minutes of the carer's departure and the office kept us up to date with any issues. The team seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are truly angels. If you are looking for care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Neighbourhood care highly enough. This care team have been excellent at meeting our requirements. The communication we have is brilliant and the care they give to my grandad ,who can be challenging, is fantastic. They can’t do enough for him! Great team all round who work hard to make sure their service users are safe and happy!
