Excellent service, great customer service, would recommend Home Instead. All the ladies that come around to help my dad are lovely and very caring, can't fault them.

The staff are friednly and help my mum with all the little things she needs.

Exceptional service from the care team, a real breath of fresh air following a poor experience with a different provider. The carers have been great with my dad, he really looks forward to their visits and I've not seen him this happy for a while. The team are always kind, considerate, polite and caring and I could not have wished for a better team, can't recommend you highly enough.

I have known my carers for several years, first of all helping my husband and then after he died caring for me. I have always found my carers helpful and easy to talk to. I look forward to their daily visits.

He is always pleased to receive his visitor and the range of activities they embark on together gives my brother both a change of scene and the opportunity to revisit places and topics relevant to his earlier life. The admin side of the business works well too.

Please do not change my care arrangements as the two ladies are excellent They know what needs to be done and are always so reliable and help me with some suggestions for my needs. I cannot praise them enough!

Being the husband of the client, I have noticed a complete change in my wife after a visit from the carer when she becomes relaxed and interested in her own 'well being'. Of course, these periods do not last long enough but they give pleasant relief to my wife and of course to me.

I am quite pleased with the service although it is quite expensive. I like the fact that the service provider is always the same person.

I have been using Home Instead Senior Care (East Notts & Melton Mowbray)for most of 2018 and have found the service very good. I do prefer continuity, it is easier for all if the carer knows the home well. Now I am much better I have reduced the hours to mornings only and we have an established routine which works very well. My carer is always pleasant and willing.

Both carer and staff have been very good looking after my mother's needs and carers are more like friends to her and she looks forward to seeing them. Really accommodating and flexible as she is in and out of the hospital from time to time and staff are always pleasant on the phone.
