I oversee the running of Westwood Care and Support Services and Westwood Care Group. I have a passion for supporting people and helping to improve their lives through quality care and support services. I am very much hands-on and love nothing more than talking to the people we support about what it is they are looking for in a service and how we can help them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Westwood Care and Support started back in February 2011 when I left my position as Branch manager of a healthcare recruitment agency to follow my own dreams. I wanted to provide a flexible care and support service for people that offered a reliable, consistent service with a small team of Personal Assistants. We have achieved this through hard work and determination and by remaining flexible it means that the people we support are in charge of their care and our service fits in with their lifestyle. We are responsive to people’s ever-changing needs and respond accordingly. We also work closely with their social worker, family, friends and/or advocate.

I joined Westwood Care and Support Services in 2011. I oversee the daily running of the business.

I have 30 years’ experience in the care sector and I am passionate about supporting people and helping them to remain in their own homes and ensure that they receive the highest quality of care.

We are a dedicated team and committed to treating each person as an individual. We work closely with each of our Service User’s and their families, friends and other professionals to ensure that their needs and wishes are met. We match our Personal Assistant team to each service user ensuring they have similar interests and experiences in common.

We are a friendly approachable team and always willing to listen to our Service Users and staff.

I have over 26 years of experience in the care sector, 15 years of those working within a learning and development role. I am passionate about supporting the staff team to continually develop their skills and knowledge, and I am equally passionate about working in the health and social care sector.

I started working for Westwood Care & Support in April 2013 overseeing the daily running of the office and then progressed with the support of Westwood to complete an AAT qualification which then saw me move into the finance department as Finance Manager.

I have over 16 years of Management experience and over 24 years of office/administration experience. I pride myself in providing excellent customer service and enjoy going the extra mile to help and support both Service Users and our staff team.

I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years. I joined Westwood in 2019 as a community supervisor, then progressed to work as part of the on-call team, at the end of 2019 I became a Care Co-ordinator, and then in 2023 I became Senior Care Co-ordinator, Westwood is a great place for a career progression and a great place to work.

I joined Westwood in 2020, as a personal assistant. I then joined the out-of-hours team and progressed to become a Care Coordinator in 2022. I have enjoyed and gained a lot of experience, new skills, and qualifications, in the 4 years I have worked for Westwood.

I joined Westwood in 2022 as a personal assistant. I then progressed to a senior carer and then joined the out-of-hours team, and progressed to become a Care Coordinator in 2025. I have enjoyed and gained a lot of experience in the 3 years I have worked at Westwood Care.

I have 15 years’ experience working in the care sector. I have a passion for helping people and know I make a difference to them. I have worked in different roles within the care sector. I joined Westwood Care and Support in 2021 as a care co-ordinator, and after returning from my maternity leave, I took on the role of care administrator. I am enjoying this new role and everything that it entails, and have been able to help our staff and service users daily.
