If we require a change of visit time this is handled really well.

Dad had been Mum’s main carer and things in the household had really deteriorated. We now have the assurance of someone checking in on Mum every morning and assisting her as required. She’s very resistant to help and hard to please but the carers are patient and kind. Their daily visit makes a huge difference and gives me reassurance. They are very good at letting me know if there’s anything of concern. The initial introductory visit helped Westwood to understand Mum’s needs and was very respectful and professional. The carers leave a daily report which is really useful for me as Mum’s recollections may vary!

The care and work undertaken for my mum is of a good standard, they do suffer from timing issues sometimes, the care call for my mum is for a lunchtime to prepare her a hot meal and sometimes they simply arrive too early (11:00am) which is not suitable.

They meet his needs well and make sure he is safe when leaving. If we have any problems the management team deal with them in a professional and efficient manner. He doesn't always know who is coming as the schedule can change due to staffing issues but someone always attends.

Westwood carers have provided excellent service to my aunt. Her carers are professional but kind, compassionate, caring and go the extra mile for her. My auntie enjoys their company very much and enjoys her little chats and giggles with them.

I feel so reassured to know that the carers are always there for her. The office staff provide an excellent service and nothing is a bother to them and they are always keen to help. I would recommend Westwood Care and Support Group to anyone looking for carers.

The guys at Westwood are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They are all pet friendly too, which makes life much easier. If they are running late, which is very rare, the staff in the office update me and are always very polite and helpful.

Westwood Care and Support Services have enabled my mum to continue independent living for over five years now; since she had a stroke at the age of 90. Prior to her stroke, she was fiercely independent and it was important to maintain as much independence as possible.
